I really like the program! Just one thing that could use some tighten your music; It's choppy. I understand money helps to personalize those fine touches but to spend the money I'd have to know its not going to be the same quality

The Smilebox template was very intuitive and easy to use. I was also amazed at the speed of the uploading of photos and the operations of the template. After hours of frustration with other programs. I was lucky to find Smilebox.
I have been using Smilebox for 5 years - I love it. It is user friendly with lots of designs to choose from. I highly recommend it.
Terrible customer service. When you try to call the phone number, they say it is not monitored so they advise to use the email address. When you do that it is automated somehow and you get a email back that doesn't really answer your question. I need to get a refund for my pictures that i was not satisfied with as the photo book part is very confusing on the site. It did not come out as i wanted. Not even made into a book. I asked through email to not produce the book as i knew it wasn't going to be correct. I am asking for a reimbursement on my credit card and nothing solved yet. The email isn't responding like it understands my issue. It has been a month since the first email and i have not gotten anything resolved with them yet. So i suggest that you don't use them, you use Shutterfly. Shutterfly is cheaper and has coupons often for all kinds of picture needs such as albums, gifts, ect. I give them a zero rating. I am very dissatisfied with the company and especially with the way they chose to communicate with us customers.
I love how easy it is to use, but I wish I can have more fonts and different video formats, like mp4.

Smilebox is so easy to create the perfect slide show! I have had it for about 4 years, and love it! I believe everyone should try it, but don't load Printshop 4.0Professional because it will lock up Smilebox (my experience).
