I use smile box most of the time I love making scrapbooks and or just sending invites. Smilebox makes it so easy to do and you can even print if you need to.
I did a trial of this service to build slideshows for mother's day. Smilebox quit just as I was sending it over email. This seems related to file size. But there is no error to let you know that the file cannot be sent. It simply erases your project and you have to start all over.
You are the artist since you will be in control of the creation of your card. Have fun creating your masterpieces.

Doing a photo slideshow for a friends sons graduation party. Searched for software with good templates, easy directions, and easy capability to share. Smilebox killed it. I was able to make an amazing video in no time. For a small cost I was able to upgrade and have even more capabilities. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for something simple, easy and fun

Love Smilebox for the ability to print and download invitations in addition to e-mail, facebook and Smilebox hosted RSVP page. Also great animated and add your own photo evites as well as big music selection for reasonable price. Cons: RSVP page missing two key features. Can't send auto reminder to guests and can't limit viewing of guest comments, all guests see all comments and receive emails every time someone comments (can be very annoying to guests).

THE FLASH ANIMATION WOULDN'T PLAY AND WHEN I EMAIL (because they don't have a customer service Phone # anymore) THEM THEY JUST KEPT TELLING ME IT WAS MY FAULT AND REINSTAL MY FLASH WHICH I DID THE FIRST TIME AND TOLD THEM THAT FLASH IS OBSOLETE. I REPEATEDLY ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THEY REFUSED. MAKE SURE YOU GET THEM TO STOP THE "RENEWAL" OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION OR YOU WILL THEY WILL BILL YOU FOR ANOTHER YEAR! I will never use them again...
If you ever try Smilebox you won't live without it. I send Christmas cards, birthday, and thank you notes with just a few minutes of work, because smilbox makes it EASY.
Everything is good about this product, the music the photos and the price the first time i tried Smile box was easy for me. The instructions are well written and you can understand what to do. They have over 2,000 music videos and the e-cards are real nice i would recommend this to anyone.
I have been a SmileBox Premium member for two years now and have made several beautiful slideshows for father's day, mother's day, birthdays, and memorials. I am also able to download them as a. Mov so that I have them forever. When I was unaware of how to download my slides, a customer service rep responded back within 24 hours with instructions. It is the best template site that I have encountered!

I love the idea of creating and printing my own invitations for just a small fee, and I can create and print the same day - great for last-minute needs. However, I've created two separate invitations to print myself, and both of them had the colors just a little "off." When you use more than one color, they don't exactly match up with each other on the design. I initially thought it was my printer, but the download, as well as the screen version, both had the colors not lining up correctly, and it didn't matter if you printed directly from the site or downloaded the JPG. It's not THAT noticeable, but a little extra attention to detail would be nice.
