When we attempted to confirm your booking, the fare you initially saw was no longer available. We tried to secure your reservation but couldn’t honor the original fare as the airline's terms changed. As a result, we had no choice but to cancel the transaction. We would also like to clarify that when a transaction is cancelled, the original authorization should typically disappear from your statement within 24-48 hours. However, some banks may not immediately recognize void requests, leading to a delay in updating your statement.

Misguided prices

I learnt from the other reviews that smart fares prices are lower but after luring into booking with them, they will ask for extra money. Deciding against my better judgment I thought of giving them a try only to find out, all that was written in the reviews was true.
One star for returning my money, however I don't think that was the intention in the beginning, it was only returned because I challenged them with all the right questions.
