I was scammed by your so called office...I saw a ticket of R*******, online when I proceeded making payment for it, my account was debited R11,850 as against the price I saw online and still no ticket was issued to me, I contacted the office and was told I should pay another R1850 before the ticket can be issued to me, the so called officer I spoke with very unprofessional...till date nothing from him...my worst regret ever.

I have tried to book with them 3 times due to cheaper price and every time they have not been able to confirm because price they have advertised is not what's available. I am still waiting for a refund from them after 8 days off holding my money. Never again

I received an incorrect reservation for my purchase; but when I wrote to ask, I received a quick response with the correct reservation.
Tried to book a holiday for 3 passengers (2 adults,1child).
Went through the entire process filling in all passengers information and details, after payment, received an email stating my booking was not confirmed and that I need to call the agent urgently.
When calling I found out that they did not have 3 seats available and my only option was to change my travel dates at a much higher cost.

Hello I bought my ticket $109 then after 30 min they call me back saying my fare was not confirmed because the price increase $80 that was absurd
The exchange policy is unfair! And calculated incorrectly. I was overcharged plus they tried to scam me out of more money. I had to put up a fight in order to get my booking confirmation done. Lost my money, time and peace of mind. Never again!

I had to pay 200 dollars extra, original price was not there. Plus I had to be on a phone call more than 20 min, Im calling from overseas which means extra cost.
The site never made the reservation. I had to buy my ticket at a more expensive price days later elsewhere.

After buying the flights we got an email saying they aren't booked yet and we had to phone up. We did this and the customer service assistant was telling us things that conflicted the email. He said those flights aren't available anymore and we'll have to pay £250 more per person. We asked to cancel and he said there would be a fee to cancel.
But after a few days the money just went back into our account, as the email said. We got no confirmation that they flights were cancelled, or any further communication from them.
Hoping it is sorted now but would never book with them again. Very stressful experience as it was a lot of money. We will book flights with a different provider now.

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
