They cannot provide the tickets for the price they offer them for on their site. You pay, then your horror begins, because they want you to contact their awful Customer Service. They start offering the same tickets for much more, or alternatives. If you want your money back, they want cancellation fee, but that's a scam as they are unable to provide the services/goods, so you are not cancelling anything.
Be careful, stay away, use another website. If something is too good to be true, more than likely it's not true.

Fake scam prices the agent after 1 day called and said price is not available anymore and asked me to pay more.
They sent me an email that explained I needed to call them to complete my reservation, when I called them they toldme that I needed to pay 3 times the value that I was suposed to pay and then when I told them no, ant to give me back the many they hang up.
I am extremely disappointed with the service, because the fares provided at the web page were completely off. When I completed the transaction I got an email with a message the tickets were not confirmed by an airline and I should contact SmartFares ASAP. During this conversation I was told the prices changed in the meantime and they are able to offer me a tickets 200$ more expensive. I canceled my order. Additionally, pre authorization blocked my card for more than few hours and I was not able to purchase tickets from other sources. (It was 5 tickets together). Avoid Smart Fares as it is SCAM
Bait and switch scam travel site, tried buying two international business class air fares, quoted price was $*******. You just charged my card for $*******, even though I declined all extras. Then after completing the booking, I get an email, oh, those seats for that quoted fare is no longer available, it's even more, call us to sort out. Of course, if I do another search, you're still quoting that non-existent fare. Don't bother with them.

My experience sucked they kept declining my card and when trying to talk someone I was on hold and kept going back and forth, someone even hung up on me and they just want to charge you more and more do not use them for anything. It was exhausting I just ended up paying a few dollars more and booking through the airline.

I booked a flight for March and they didn't complete my transaction because the price of the flight changed and they didn't notify me. When I called and asked about it they asked for an extra $300 to book the reservation.
It has been good. Haven't had a problem and when I need to make a change it's always easy.

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
