I was over charged for our flights booking and have still not received the booking confirmation. The email address given for customer services does not exist, so there is no way of communicating with Smartfares.

Smartfares deducted more money that what was necessary, and I have not been reimbursed with the difference. I have sent numerous emails regarding the issue, and the last email just stated that it will be reviewed, but nothing happened after that. Smartfares still owes me the difference. All was very good. Only issue is that they call you later to upsell you travel insurance, even though you probably declined it anyway during check-out.
Other than that, the price I got, was almost 50% than the price directly with the airline. Amazing!
I don't know why I got here since everything was in Spanish as my research was in a Spanish website. Also the rates were given in Euros and suddenly, when once I had bought my flight ticket, the rates changed to US Dollars, something that I still don't understand

Charged price higher than advertised price, luckily I only kept enough in the account so it declined and I went with a different company.

Answer: Smartfares! They will offer a deeply discounted airfare and send you a confirmation number to your email. The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!
