It esa terrible. It esa a fraud and as CAM. I went to validate price and they were cheaper than others. They didnt mention that there were two fees that there were not included. With the airline and the Jetcost service efe. Which made it more expensive. So I canceled the purchase in less than 24 hrs. The girl threatened me that i wouldnt be reimbursed for my reservation fees.
And they still hace not returned my money. They told me that they would return it to me in 72 hrs and it hasnt arrived

I booked through SmartFares for the first time after finding it via Google. The fare was shown in euros (€580), and there was no mention that the charge would be processed in US dollars. After payment, I received an email showing a $688 charge, higher than expected due to currency conversion. I accepted it reluctantly but was already concerned by the lack of pricing transparency. Later I noted €623 was already reserved on my credit card for this booking. The next issue was even more frustrating: I was told the booking wasn't confirmed yet, only reserved, and I'd get confirmation later. If nothing came within 48 hours, I was advised to call a number—which turned out to be unresponsive. Other numbers didn't work either. The email address on their site bounced back. Only the US-based number connected, where I was told to wait until the office opened. I also sent out a message via chatbot. Finally I reached a representative who told me the booking had failed due to one flight segment being unconfirmed. He offered a confirmation if I would pay another $20 and informed that he has already discounted the higher price by applying a coupon. At that point, I requested a cancellation which was done in the system while I received a message to urgently call back due to an issue with my booking. Finally spoke to someone very responsible, who confirmed the cancellation, assured me a refund would be issued, and emailed the confirmation. While one or two agents were helpful, the overall experience was poor—misleading pricing, broken contact details, and delayed or missing communication. It took a lot of effort to get basic support. I was left feeling misled and frustrated, and I won't be using SmartFares again.

Answer: Smartfares! They will offer a deeply discounted airfare and send you a confirmation number to your email. The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!
