I really stil don't get it in today's technology. Once the money departs your account surley the ticket is booked. Allocated and that seat removed from the web. Why do we have to wait unto 24hrs for confirmation. You took our monies at the time ticket was purchased

They had to cancel my reservation due to the wrong fare. I don't understand why is it even advertised when at the end it is the wrong fare anyway. I was advised to book on the airlines instead rather than with them.
It was R4568 when I started booking, when i made the payment, R5071 was deducted from my account, this was said to have something to do with the bank, I still did understand that. Secondly, the agent i spoke to tells me the fare for the connecting flight changed and so i had to pay 40USD more as the economy class was full and my nephew would be moved to the other class. Shouldnt that show as one is making the booking though? When i called back to make the payment, the new agent tells me the amount had gone up from $40 to $60? I will put this on Hello Peter, never received a service like this before, NEVER!

Answer: Smartfares! They will offer a deeply discounted airfare and send you a confirmation number to your email. The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!
