I booked a flight with this airline, got charged $60 for 2 seats by the window in a small plane, where were only 9 seats by the window anyway. Every time I tried to call someone, explained the problem they hang up not trying to solve the problem or even apologize or listen to me. Never again.

Mi confirmación no llego por mail a tiempo, mi asignación de asientos tuve que hacerla en línea cuando ya se había pagado, y me enviaron un mail diciendo que debía pagar una diferencia por cambios y modificaciones a mi reserva. Cuando llame por teléfono tuve que hacer varios intentos y que me cortaba la llamada y mi solución al problema quedaba inconclusa.

They charge a lot for seating arrangements, almost even more than what the the ticket cost. Took forever to call help desk and got hung up many times. Not cool. U can't even cancel your fly and rebook within ten mins of bookings.
