I always travel with this company because they have a great service.
I do not mind the mishaps they did but to be screamed at by the person who claimed that his name is Santiago Haynes was just very unprofessional. I understand all the issues he explained but I cannot accept his behavior, attitude and yelling in a nasty and aggressive manner. If you want to succeed, you need to be calm and polite which he lacked. By the way having a decoy names does not work when you have a thick foreign accent that does not match the name!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
