Try to confirm the number of free language on the website before booking and couldn't find it anywhere. There is link to the airline compagnie that's not working. Other than is great deal and easy manage.

Too many forms to fill out and check boxes to choose, also customer service was difficult to deal with, you tried to charge me more money when it was not necessary I had to talk to the airline to check my booking request and it was not created and you tied to gather money for fees and taxes when there was no ticket in my name.
Thanks fully airline helped me, and the last girl I talked to with helped me as well.
Other than that requesting more money is a scam.
