It is unclear which number to chose from the ones listed in email to get help and operations hours for call center. The biggest confusion is that when I call and the auto response says that it will connect me to operator, the sound on my phone completely disappears the second after and I don't understand if the call is processing or there was an error, or maybe I called too late when call center doesn't operate, so there should be some kind of sound signal while waiting for a representative.

I thank the company for the good work and support. I was able quickly to book a plane ticket and resolve all my quiections. I wish SmartFares success and prosperity in the New Year.
The website was easy to use and I was able to find the best fare for my destination. Booking was simple and I received a confirmation soon after my booking.
It took 2 tries to make the reservation. But otherwise it was easy and quick.
I'm unsure what next steps are though, since I've received by booking confirmation, but they got our passport information etc. so not sure when that needs to be updated.

I don't recommand to buy ticket through the web site.
All is good to get resrvation code of my flights. But still I got only the reservation code. Kindly make it clear to the customer that booking and reservation is similar. When flights tickets will come
