I booked a ticket with them but two days later when I checked with the airline, they had no reservations for me. When I called this so-called Stupid Fare travel company, they want $175 more for the ticket. When I asked them to return my money, they are saying it could take up to 10 business days. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY!

I searched over a half dozen websites for online airfare to Hawaii from the East coast. All of the advertised low prices were suddenly not available when I attempted to book them. They were all using classic bait and switch airfares. SmartFares, on the other hand, offered great prices and I was successfully booked in less then an hour. I saved over $1,000. I will definitely use them again for future travel.
