First and last time to buy an airline ticket through this agency. They have been very unprofessional. They waited until the last moment (when the client doesn't have choice) to charge some obligatory fees without pervious notice and for a big amount. My tickets (round trip) were the double on price just for these fees not included on the ticket price, they charge me for it twice. On the other hand, for the return tickets, they assure me I had my seats assigned and when I get my fly, the history was different and we were separated into the plane. It was an uncertainty, a lack of professionalism, an abuse and disrespect.

Good prices, but i did not know that just choosing a seat would cost more and it didnt even tell that i was being charged until it was too late.

Site is very easy to navigate and good airfare prices.

It is unbelievable! The website really said that 24 hour free cancelation but I called after a few hours booking, the guy who is very rude refused to give me the full refund. Only a few hours, they stole $100 from me ruthlessly. I had paid $942.65 USD but they only refunded me $842.65 It is a very bad business with no sense of conscience and honesty! I will place a dispute with my credit card company.

Great and I enjoyed everything about it. And I would try it again!

Locked in a flight one night and had everything settled only to be called by the airline (kuwait airways) the following day to be informed that we were now paying $350 extra. Very harsh and unfair

I paid for a reserved seat but wasn't given an option to actually reserve my seat. I was refunded the money though.

Part of wonders if these reviews are real for this site. I booked a flight 6 months in advance, got confirmations numbers and figured we were all set. I call back 45 days later to see what's going on with my flight because on the confirmation email, they had it correct, and on another look I see they have booked me to return to Tokyo not LA. Call to have them adjust it accordingly to have them say they actually canceled the flight altogether but can rebook it for an extra $1000 usd. (which was 800 more expensive then the airline's website offers anyways which makes it seem like a very shady tactic). They said they emailed, never once received an email and show them where they were wrong. Then its "actually we called this day and didn't get a hold of you". Checked phone records from provider. Never missed any call or received a call that ay from any unknown person. Book with a bigger name. Save your trip. I wish I did.
