La experiencia terrible debido a que la informacion del costo del tiquete en la pagina oficial no concordo con el precio real, la pagina oficial incluso decia que el costo era con todos los impuestos incluidos sin embargo despues de hacer hecho la reserva y el pago nunca me llego el tiquete y al llamar resulta que era porque habia que pagar mas, el tiquete de avion practicamente sale por el doble de lo que en la pagina dice, totalmente engañoso

I have to call the credit card company to make sure its confirm. Cause at first i have little bit problem with my credit card. After calling smart fare they stated only take 2 hours process to ticketing department, but the reality its took almost 12 hours, and I have to call myself to find out if its confirm.
There some issues with pricing baggage etc but find it Quick and easy
I will know when I get on the flight until then I can't say what my experience is at this time.
