I JUST ASKED THE AGENT WHERE I COULD DO ONLINE CHECK-IN. THE AGENT DID NOT WANT TO ANSWER ME UNTIL I GAVE ALL THE DATA (ONLY THE SHOE NUMBER WAS MISSING). AND IT WAS JUST A SIMPLE QUESTION... WHERE CAN I DO ONLINE CHECK-IN.
My ticket took almost 11 hours to be issued. I had to call them twice. I know it can take some time for the ticket to be generated. However, I was a little concerned because of many bad reviews about Smartfare.
In the end I was happy as I received my e-ticket!
Looked for days for a reasonable price and this was by far the best price available anywhere!
Show up to the airport and had no tickets! Not even an email telling me that my tickets were cancelled!
