I bought a ticket with you from a Brazilian airline. Unfortunately I put the wrong date, and according to Brazilian law, I could cancel within 24 hours with a full refund. But the attendant did not want to comply with Brazilian legislation, she said that they work with American legislation. It was a learning experience to never buy from this site again.
Before I book my flight ticket, I saw the price in canadian currency. When I purchased my flight ticket, it only mentioned on the email confirmation that it was in USD.
Service is very detailed and the process is easy to follow. Lack of instant booking confirmation is the probable reason behind most of the negative ratings.
Great experience. Easy online process processing & even when I called customer service being that it was my first time using the service and was unaware of operations about my payment process. The agent was very polite and informative in explaining how things work and I was very pleased with how she explained the processing of payment and airlines ticket that would be emailed to me.
