Sites like SiteJabber.com love the Review/complaint concept because we consumer create all the conten for them. All they have to do is code the code and they are off and running. Its good for legitimate complainers, but also an easy forum for those who would slander and liabel anyone they like. Its a perfect vehicle for extorting businesses. So - as you read reviews - be sure to discount at least 99% of what you read. Its only the malcontents who make complaints usually with ulterior purposes. (And hey, now I'm one of them)

I'm sure I am not the first person the review SiteJabber.com... but I do think it is one of the most useful sites on the Internet. I like the thing they say about helping to build a "transparent" internet. So... if you are reading this, you probably agree with me. It's easy to navigate (that counts BIG in my book) and I have a great pace to go when I want to say something negative or positive about the internet and it's billions of sites.

So, I say... keep up the great work guys! And thank you for creating this space for those of us who need a place that's easy to find and use for how we feel about sites.

Sitejabber has some serious issues. With it's increased popularity comes increased responsibility. As an eCommerce site owner, we have had competitors post outright lies on our site's review page.

While we welcome criticism and poor reviews to improve our service, Sitejabber does not allow any recourse for site owners.

The sitejabber policy that "good reviews" will in some way overwhelm the bad ones when absolute lies by competitors are posted.

What if I posted a lie about sitejabber saying that the email I used when signing up to sitejabber was unique to this signup and within minutes, I started getting offers of child porn? Is that a legitimate grievance even though it's a lie?

Guys, practice what you preach.

I have read some of the poor comments and I totally disagree. I have, and am having, trouble dealing with a company that has taken my money and refused any of my attempts to get them to comply with sending my paid for item. I cut and pasted the comment I posted on this site and sent them one final message. Wow is all I can say, within 15 minutes I received a response. I have not received my item yet and informed them that this poor review of their company would not be removed until I received my item. Good work guys. You are just what we need.

Sitejabber.com the concept of this site is AWESOME. We can share our personal experience good or bad about a website and the company to help spread the word.

If you use this site as it's intended you can share good and bad information and help people be more informed when thinking about doing business or using a site for anything. This site is very easy to use and allows you to ask reviewers questions about their experiences. That will virtually leave you the ability to learn the most knowledge and information you can before you make a decision to use a site.

This site will even help you if you want guidance with something. Find someone that has reviewed the site and send them a message, and ask for help, it's that easy. I have answered questions and asked questions about websites, I have read reviews about.

This should be the first site you visit if you are wondering about using a website. Or if you have personal experience about a site, please share that it helps add to the value of this great site.

This is the worst site ever they only let bad reviews say on even if they are wrong. They also remove good reviews even through they say they do not remove any. I would not believe anything this site tells you as it only give one side of the story. I recommend if you want to know about a company give them a call and ask them yourself. As in the world of Internet company they write bad reviews on the competitors so people think they are bad companies. This is the most useless site out there.
