I am getting the runaround from these people for why my order has not been filled. I believe that this is a fraudulant website and if I don't receive my order or a refund within one week, I will reporting them to ontrac.org.za which is an organisation that investigates cybercrime. If you have been defrauded by them, please do the same so that these criminals can be tracked and charged.

Very happy to find a site that offered prescription sunglasses as well as regular glasses. The site itself is easy to use and it has a lot of style choices in every price range. I bought one pair of glasses and one pair of prescription sunglasses and I LOVE them both. Quality is great. My glasses arrived fairly quickly.

Very impressed with customer service. Timely shipment - arrived exactly as ordered. Unfortunately the frames had a defect that was no fault of SmartBuyGlasses, and their customer service department resolved the issue quickly and professionally.
I switched to Oasys for Astigmatism and this is the only online shop that had them discounted at all (searched almost ten sites). The lenses are sourced from various regions globally do I was worried about shipping time but actually it came pretty fast, probably faster than the average online contact lens store. Highly recommended!
I ordered a pair of Gucci sunglasses and they were not a quick ship item. However, there was an additional delay that they immediately notified me about a few days after my order. I was offered the opportunity to exchange them for something else, cancel my order or wait for them. Since I knew I wanted those glasses I chose to wait. I did explain that if at all possible I would like to have them by a particular date, which was just after they said they would be ready to ship. They made it happen and I received my glasses right before a trip we were taking. I have never received better service or communication along with the extra effort that they put in ever before! Not to forget, great prices! I will buy more from Smart Buy Glasses including contacts for my husband and children

I had order the glasses twice. The first time took so long, that I cancel the order. To reorder to get them deliver in a 2 week as suggested. I love the glasses, exceptional quality plus more. I would love to order another pair but afraid I will go thru the same hassle.

I've been buying contact lenses every month for over a year now -- always come within about three days of ordering from Italy to the UK, which is pretty speedy given the international nature of the purchase. Frustrating that UK opticians seem to want make so much margin on lenses, which as branded products will inevitably be commoditised, but hey...
I placed an order on 31.05.2015 now we are 3 weeks later and there is no sunglasses.The customer service is EXTREMELY bad and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. I'm so sorry I decided to purchase my sunglasses for smart buy glasses. Do yourself a favor and don't trust this website! Pay a bit more and save yourself headache!

I can see that we actually shipped your order the next day after your purchase, however, we encountered a rare delivery issue, the courier company Continental Express can't provide us with the tracking number due to their system glitch, we thus ceased to use that courier company.
