Buen dÃa! Primero quiero agradecerles por ofrecer un producto de buena calidad. Los anteojos tardaron un poco en llegar comparando con lo que describen en su página web. Segundo dan una opción que es la de escanear la receta de los cristales y no la consideran dado que uno tiene que llenar los datos manualmente en las opciones.
Los lentes los use apenas pude retirarlos y hasta ahora estan bien mas que bien!
Como comentario final tendrÃan que agregar una opción donde uno puede ver como le quedarÃan los lentes puestos antes de comprarlos.

After buying process and the website which is very good, I've only experienced problems with the purchase, which still, after more than a month, do not have.
When buying a page of extencion ". Ar" and appear time less than 15 days delivery, I thought the product was in the country. On the contrary he was sent to Hong Kong taking longer than a month.
Not only that, even having paid shipping to my home, it was retained by the Customs Argentina, making me lose at least two working mornings having to physically go to find them and additionally charging me a fee for import of the third of the value of the purchase.
Even more serious, in the shipping label, instead of putting me as a target, they put the name of the company where I work (contained in the shipping address) by which Customs not want me to deliver because they do not I am a representative of the company and forcing me to perform procedures to see if next Monday can finally withdraw the order.
I do not know how is the treatment in other countries, but for Argentina not recommend it at all, the use of the service. Whereby certainly next Monday if I do not get the product I will request a total replenishment of money and if if I succeed will request reimbursement of additional tax.
I finally got the glasses after payment of tax, the product is very good and comes well packed and the company returned my import charges.
I understand that the sender was a mistake and I think that the page is recommended but note that the lenses are not nationalized and must make import procedures.

The problem starts when I got glasses (Burberry) which were not really what I am looking for. I searched the website and asked to change the glasses with Prada ones. After their confirmation of the Prada availability, I shipped back the Burberry glasses. Then, they send me an email (your Prada choice is not available anymore). I was upset and irritatingly ordered other Prada ones. However, I was more shocked when I was informed that the Burberry glasses were received after two days and now I have choice other glasses since my second choice is not available too. It is very ridiculous situation and I had to think twice before dealing with such a messy online site. I already lost shipping and customs fee for the Burberry glasses as well as my time.

I had a good experience overall. I was a little hesitant at first to make the purchase, I had read some negative comments and was afraid I might even be subject to fraud. I finally decided to take the risk, and find by myself how things turned out. My product was not available for immediate shipping so I waited for a week or so for it to be shipped. It shipped from Hong Kong and was in Mexico a week later. However I had the frames delayed at customs due to a very low price tag, so I had to send them proof of purchase and my credit card statement so they would update the price. Finally I had to pay some clearance taxes which as soon as I sent the receipt, was reimbursed. This was the only inconvenient I had and as I mentioned before, the extra expenses were covered.
My experience with SmartBuyGlasses was uncomplicated and will be happy to use their services in the future!
I was hesitating on purchasing from this website, it ended it being trustful. I asked the representatives to pick the darkest havana pair and they did it for me. It just took a little bit more of expected as the order took a week more because of some delays on customs.
Muy bien informado constantemente del estado del proceso de compra y envÃo. Los productos son excelentes y los precios son muy accesibles, aunque hay que tener en cuenta los costos aduaneros de importación que son del 50% para la Argentina.
En primer lugar no es claro que estoy comprando fuera de mi pais ( argentina). Eso ya implica una serie de tramites por los que no deseaba pasar. En segundo lugar, es mentira que la entrega es en 24 hs... ya me dieron sus explicaciones... y tampoco esta claro al momento de comprar. Despues de toda esa estafa... estoy esperando el reintegro del importe que pagué y no me correspondia...

Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription.
