I am pleased with the glasses, they did take quite a long time to be delivered, was over 3 weeks. On arrival I was very pleased with the frame and lenses, however there is an issue with one of the screws in the arm of the frame, it is very slack and after tightening, it then slackens off again. I suspect the screw needs replacement which isnt great on a new frame! But overall satisfied.

I ordered contact lenses. The only complaint I have, and this is quite petty, is that the order is delivered by courier instead of regular post. This has few advantages for me, since I order my lenses nice and early. However, it requires me to either hang around the house when the delivery is scheduled or walk to the nearest pick-up point, which is less than convenient.

After having purchased a pair of spectacle frames that were flagged as available for immediate despatch, the updates that followed indicated that this was not so. The communications indicated that the item ordered was in stock, not in stock, ordered, delayed, and then finally arrived. Not good.
The price was fair, the quality was excellent, but the experience was bad.
