We were having trouble finding flights with business or first class on all legs with layovers that weren't too tight or extremely long. I called SKYLUX and Tracey was the agent that help us out. She was able to find all business and first class seats and reasonable layovers at a price that was lower than we were able to find on our own. The one compromise was some of the flights are longer than we anticipated but its better to be in a pod with lay flat seats then sitting in an airport. Tracey answered all our questions, listened, was very efficient and pleasant. I will definitely work with SKYLUX for my next trip.
I was given a quote and the agent told me that there is only one seat and I should book it immediately. I just wanted to decide and called back with in 15 minutes. The agent said it was sold out. One of my friends recommended this site as SkyLux will give a 24 hr time to book.
Not sure what happened but I booked on another flight with available options. Anyway the price is lower by about $200 compared to the airline website.

Wow, what an awesome experience. Diaz got my wife and I an awesome deal. It took awhile for my wife and I to make a decision on the dates but once we did it went so smoothly and Diaz was so patient the entire time. Walked us through everystep redeeming some miles, picking seats etc. Can't say enough good things. Will definitely use them again as they saved us about $5,000 on first class tickets from Minneapolis to Venice, Italy then Naples, Italy back to Minneapolis.

I was a little skeptical at first-did some online research-then connected with Michelle. She was amazing to deal with -listened to my needs-checked multiple days /route options /emailed-called back and forth and finally found us amazingly priced business class tickets at literally HALF the price of what other sites where offering -will use them again in a heartbeat
