Wayne is a very professional agent and yet very patient. I always plan my international travel with SKYLUX.

I recently had the pleasure of booking business class tickets through Skylux Travel Agency, and I must say, the service I received was nothing short of excellent. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations and made the entire process a breeze.

First and foremost, their staff demonstrated a deep knowledge of the travel industry, and they were able to provide me with a range of options tailored to my preferences and budget. They took the time to listen to my needs and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism.
I will undoubtedly turn to them for all my future travel needs, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking an stress-free and luxurious travel experience. Bravo, Skylux Travel Agency!

Travel Lux is NOT an honest company! They have over charged me over $500 and will not refund it.
Beware, they have "service fees" for making the reservations and "token of appreciation" fees which are mandatory and NOT refundable. There are no discounts with this company - only more fees and their agents are incompetent. You will be sorry if you use this company!

For most of our interaction Skylux only gave me price options I could find myself on the airline site. There were no special deals on first class -- the 70% off ads must apply to only a very limited number of flights. In the end, though, they had a better price for premium economy than the airline was offering at that time... so we saved a few hundred dollars per ticket. (I could have matched the price on a different airline for slightly less convenient flights.)

Our experience started in July of 2023 with Mario giving us a quote. His exemplary patience with us keep us coming back since 2020. He never complain how ever early we call him prior to our planned escapes and routine annual vacation to Romania. This trip to Bolivia is in August 2024 and we have been emailing and calling him since July of this year! That's excellent customer service in our books! Next trip is Thailand, December of 2024 and he already gave us quotes but we will have to wait a few more months to play with pricing.

Colton helped me get the best routes, deals and itinerary on the dates I wanted to travel during the busy season. He is very helpful. Highly recommend!

We have used this service several times and Sullivan has always been more successful in landing smoking deals on One World partner airlines which i prefer due to my Lifetime Executive Platinum status. Nonetheless i recognize the price gouging going on in most airlines and appreciate the deal we got

I requested a business class itinerary. The prices quoted were really good so I booked. Later I noticed on the paperwork that one of the flights was in economy, so of course it was cheaper.

To their credit Skylux upgraded me to economy with more leg room and insured the flights so I could cancel or change without penalty with no additional funds from me.

The agent was quite nice and apologized. Honest mistake? Perhaps. But I never once mentioned that I wanted to fly economy.
