I requested a business class itinerary. The prices quoted were really good so I booked. Later I noticed on the paperwork that one of the flights was in economy, so of course it was cheaper.
To their credit Skylux upgraded me to economy with more leg room and insured the flights so I could cancel or change without penalty with no additional funds from me.
The agent was quite nice and apologized. Honest mistake? Perhaps. But I never once mentioned that I wanted to fly economy.
Got a fairly reasonable price without the hustle of me doing all the work.
The staff, Jeff, was very knowledgeable and helpful, it made my experience very pleasant.

Spent hours and multiple phone calls booking my flight. I was told I would have me tickets emailed to me that night. The next morning, there were no tickets. I called and emailed over and over and was told they would be sent in "a few minutes." They never were. When I asked to speak to a manager, once she couldn't help me because she didn't have access, 2nd time, all I heard was laughing at a party and was hung up on. Finally, I received an email stating they were refunding my tickets since they had bought economy (not business I was promised) and it was too long a process to upgrade. What? You are a business class travel agency. Awful! Do not use them!

This was my first time using Skylux and I was impressed with the service. The rep was extremely professional and responsive. There was a mistake with booking my ticket and how companies resolve mistakes/issues usually show their character. That was the case here. Because Skylux immediately acknowledged their mistake and said they would make everything right, that told me tons about their service. I will definitely use them again.

Keanu was excellent, and his English was 100% perfect with barely a trace of an accent. I worked with Jay to find the best overall flights for a challenging trip for (4) people across three continents. He did a great job and was really fast and committed. It just got weird when he insisted on the order that I fill out the forms and pay. He kept insisting (and got pushy) that I book the flights that I could get cheaper first or I would lose the others. Yeah - it got weird. In the end, I went forward and then later found out I couldn't get any seats on the plane till 24 hours before (even though they were all business class). It is debatable if I will use this service again.
