On November 11,2019, I purchased a business class round trip airfare through Skylux. I was to leave Los Angeles on June 12,2020 and return on July 6. The airline cancelled the flights due to the COVID-19 pandemic on April 29,2020. I was advised by a Skylux representative that Skylux had received my refund in early August 2020, but I did not receive it until mid-October.
Olby is a highly recommended employee of Skylux. Always will go through him and only him for future travels. Already dealt with him 4 times now and always satisfied with his service.
My flight to Europe was cancelled by the airline in April. The airline told me directly that my money was returned to SKYLUX in May. SKYLUX finally conceded that they had my money on September 1st. As of today, after copious emails and phone calls I still have not received my money back. Everytime I inquire, if I get a response, it is "be patient", "give us 24 hours" and so on.

Skylux travels are cheaters! They book you well but when it comes to changing of tickets, or refunds, they dont even have the courtesy to tell whats possible and whats not possible. You keep calling, and no one will ever respond. They are absolute cheaters. Please be very very careful. I am never booking with them again, only because of the horrendous customer service.

I had used Skylux several times and they were excellent. This time i had a flight to Geneva for $3677 and flight and meeting was cancelled due to COVID. I requested a refund on 3/27/2020 and my agent finally requested the refund from United Airline on May 23rd! It is now August 20th and still no refund. I think we all understand the stress of the pandemic on business, but the most frustrating part is the lack of communication by phone or email. I guess i have to get a lawyer now... what a bummer.

The best site in the world. Ask for Percy. I repeat ask for Percy. This guys have patience very polite professional and to add it all you will save more 60% on a regular site. The best travel Agency in the world. They only have 5 stars to rate it. If they have 100 stars I will still give them all.
I have used them for years. The agent I am working with, Lj Reeves, always tries his best to find the best business class ticket for me. The deals are often better than I can find online. Refund is typically not issued but rather a credit is given. Overall, I have had good experience with Skylux travel.
Noah worked out everything to my best interest and preferences. Also at a fair price. He gets "10" Stars from me, not 5!
Do not book with them, they have been nothing but trouble, can't get a refund or exchange for clients tickets. Clyde is extremely rude because I keep on him to show me proof they were refunded or reissued now he refuses to answer me. Really 42 years in the business and I have never dealt with a company with such bad practices, stay away from them and just to note it does not take months to get a ticket refunded or exchanged. I agree with several reviews here WORST COMPANY EVER! I will be posting on other sites and reporting to the BBB
