Was quite helpful appreciated all that was done quite professional.
I have worked exclusively with Anthony for over five yeas. He is very responsive, works hard to find the right flight and price for me.
As always, I found Dime to be efficient, quick, thorough and attentive. Once contact was made, I did not have to "chase" him. He took care of my need like it was his own!
When you search they show you very cheap rate for the dates you travel and ask to provide your Name and contact. When they call you, the rates are no where near to what they offered online, They will tell you that is the lowest possible. Then I asked them to give me a date of that price then they just play around, Never have that rate, so it is a scam not a honest business.
Everything was fine in booking my flights. Response time was decent and the sales person was courteous and responsive prior to the purchase. We purchased business class seats. Communication after the purchase was a bit slower but I could usually get a response in a few days.
That was the good part. The bad part was with the purchase of their travel protection. It was sold to me as a type of insurance that "covers" your trip should something happen. My concerns were due to the Covid situation. I asked if my trip was covered in the event that Covid restrictions increased. I was told that it would be "covered". Well the Covid situation got worse in Europe and I learned that I the restrictions would now include quarantine upon arrival even for vaccinated people in my final destination. I thought okay no problem I was "covered". Well, not so fast. Turns out that by "covered" they meant that they would not charge a fee for rescheduling, but there was no refunds. However all of the rescheduling was done by the airlines and offered free to all of their customers affected by Covid related cancellations. The travel protection didn't actually do anything and I would have been able to receive the same resolution without it. Even though I have emails from the sales person stating that everything was covered, the fine print on the contract I received after purchase was contrary to what I was told. I know that I should have read all the details and have my attorney sign off on it prior to signing everything and spending an extra $700, but like a sucker I took the word of the sales person. I don't expect any refunds because I do want to eventually take the trip when the world is safe again and would have been fine with credit. But the catch is I only have 8 months to use my tickets and it must be on the same airlines and must be the same passengers. I didn't receive any extra benefits by having the insurance so I asked for a $700 refund for the useless thing that I was sold. They refused to provide any resolution and basically said sorry but regardless of what I was told they could do nothing.
Lessons learned and advice to others:
If you book travel with these guys, do not trust the person you are talking too, always read the fine print and do not purchase the travel protection. I'd you want travel protection for your trip you are better off getting it elsewhere.

I bought tickets to India from Skylux Travels. Had an amazing Customer Service from them. Very Good.
With the selection of the tour, we really liked it, even though after arriving in Egypt we had to drive 4.5 hours to the hotel. We didn't turn yellow, all our expectations exceeded ourselves. Thank you again.

When it comes to cancel a ticket, no one help, giving lots of excuses and reasons, unable to talk to supervisor or someone can answer the questions. I don't get clear answers or policies of skyLux.

Please try and avoid travel agents especially if you're booking tickets from US to India.
I did, to avoid hassles in changing booking dates for my return trip and I deeply regret it.
Used San Francisco based Skylux Travels with an extremely solicitous agent, Anita who even convinced me to purchase travel insurance to better assist me in fixing the return.
When the need arose, she barely recognized me or my contacts who called her to assist me, leave alone provide any assistance.
She was barely willing to answer the phone and whenever we were lucky to get her, she deferred the problem to the airlines.
I've been forced to forfeit the return ticket as the Airline insists you go back to the agent as the bulk issue tickets are purchased by them and only they have the authority to make the necessary changes.
It's appalling and I've been forced to purchase a new one-way ticket to return to the US.
Please go online and buy your tickets directly from the Airlines and avoid sleazy agents like Skylux travels who are out there to scam you!

I use Skylux for my long haul travel and am always pleased with the level of service and the savings I receive. I recently booked a trip to Buenos Aires with Pablo and he was very responsive to all requests and questions. I recommend them highly.
Matthew from skylux travel provides great customer service and is very responsive. He is a pleasure to deal with and would recommend him to anyone that needs to book travel.
I travel internationally often. My office sends my travel itinerary to several wholesalers and Sky Lux over the last several years has always had the best price.
Lavone helped me out with the best price for my ticket and took care of all my seat preferences. She is very thoughtful and a great person to work with.
Hennessy is willing to help me finding the Best airfare that is suited with my requirement. She is very professional and friendly.
I highly recommend other travellers to contact Hennessy for airfare help.

I booked my business class trip with them and thought I got a good deal. I realized buying it directly from the airline would cost me $100 more. They stoke my 5400 miles and tried to convince me my airfare does not qualify for mileage credit. Checking with United, they told me it was credited to the agent Air Canada account. Cannot how DOT allows those dishonest agents to sell tickets to consumers. I don't recommend buying tickets through them
