Worst travel agent ever! Sure, they can help you with booking new airline tickets but it is almost impossible to get them to make any changes to the tickets even when the ticket conditions allowed changes. I have been talking to the agents (Lavone, Isidore, Ramon) for 6 days and they cannot even make a simple travel date change for one of the flights. I could not deal directly with the airline (KLM/Air France) because tickets were booked through this horrible travel agency. SkyLux Travel does not provide customer service, does not return calls/emails and does not do anything beyond selling plane tickets to you. Buy direct from the airlines or from a reputable travel agency. Avoid SkyLux Travel!
This website is almost a scam. The tickets are t even cheaper than what airlines offer. God forbid if you were to make changes to your dates you will never get hold of any agent. There is no supervisor or manager. I have lost so much money in dealing with a simple exchange.

Cooper was absolutely great with follow up & follow through and available for our questions. How can you beat that? And he obtained a great itinerary and great discount.
I booked a BUSINESS CLASS flight from Madrid to Perth. Australia. I received the itinery looked at the flight times saw the word Business repeated several times and unfortunately I didnt see that I had been booked on an economy flight from Singapore to Perth? I didnt see the word economy because I wasnt looking for it as I had booked Business Class and was admament about that when telling them what I wanted. This economy sector comes after I have been in transit for 36 hours! I have a 9 hour stopover in Singapore and wont be allowed to use the business class lounge! My agent "Norman" has been smug, condescending, and rude about the problem, he blames me because I approved the itinerary, he accepts NO responsibility at all. I asked for Business Class fares and this is what I expected not what I received! I have written to the CEO but received no reply? I think it is disgraceful and unfair of Sky Luxe not to admit at least half of the fault? The ball is in their court but I wont hold my breath!

I tried reaching out to Skylux travels for a ticket ( I and my friends have purchased previous business class tickets from them) I tried to reach the previous agent via WhatsApp and email. No response! I talked to someone and she never returned my call back. Very disappointing

I have used Skylux travel two times now and both times I have had nothing but excellent service! Ticket prices are a real bargain when you look at what other places are asking for business class fares. Next time I need to travel I will go straight to Skylux for my air travel tickets.

First off, business class travelers at large do not like to take three layovers to get there. With all the problems of travel since Covid, Delays and missed flights happen more. What happens when you miss a business class flight? You're re-booked in coach. What does SkyLux do for you in that case? Give you a discount on a future flight WITH THEM. But what if you don't want to book with them again? What if you paid extra for their INSURANCE (THIS IS A RIP OFF, DON'T DO IT) - Nope, you're booked on a lower class airline and stuck in the back of the plane next to the toilet. Something you paid thousands of dollars for with no way to get your money back. And what happens if you get COVID while traveling... well, let me tell you from experience. THEY CHARGE YOU for any flight upcharge needed for your flight home, even when you purchased their "INSURANCE" - I'm so utterly disappointed. The few hundred bucks I saved on this flight wasn't worth it. Booking direct the next time. PS... this site would not let me upload images of my proof of purchase.

Booking my flight from NYC to London was a pleasant experience. The rep, Michael Sanders, was engaging, kind, and gave me several options to choose from. The nightmare began, and I am still living in as we speak, when JetBlue decided to change it's flight schedule. JetBlue moved the flight from 1PM to 8AM and I could not make the flight any more. Because the flight was booked through Skylux, I had to use them to find an alternate flight. I spoke to Michael 5 times on the phone over the course of 6 weeks, left him a voice mail, and emailed him several times. Every single time, he told me that a customer service rep would call me within 24 hours to help me with finding alternate flights. No one from Skylux ever called for the past 6 weeks despite 7 follow-ups. I've tried to escalate, and there is no response. Over the course of the 6 weeks, airline prices have gone up, and I still don't have a return flight that I can take. Absolute nightmare. I plan to write on every single travel site I can find to help fellow travelers. If you are into gambling and the luck is always on your side with no airline schedule changes, then Skylux may be a good service for you. Otherwise, stay away. Absolute disappointment. 1 out of 5 for customer service.

Their response to our many written requests for refunds, as had been promised in their promotional materials, has been to send bunches of disconnected words full of errors. I imagine they get a good laugh about this.
I have repeatedly asked for information on their President and General Counsel, and I repeatedly get ignored.
I suggest that only people who like getting ripped off use these guys for flight arrangements.

I purchased a great, affordable business class ticket SFO to Istanbul. I travel with a small dog, and before purchasing a ticket I checked with United availability for the pet in cabin, and they told me it is available.
After purchase a ticket I tried to add my dog on my ticket and United informed me, not dog allowed in business class on the particular boing. I didn't have protection plan and thought that I lost my money. Aaron and Sean, from Sky Lux did everything to solve my problem. Thank you.
The agent assigned to us was very helpful and coped with a few changes we found necessary.
I purchased a ticket that I was unable to use because of covid. I have many emails stating that I have two years to use that ticket. Everytime I called and asked for help- they said they were calling the airline. I called the airline and they had received no electronic requests from Sky Lux. I called over and over again to talk to a manger- they told me they don't have managers. Two months of trying and i finally said well if you can help get the credit I will buy a new ticket and use that credit. Magically that day they heard back from American Airlines that i could use my credit. They were lying as I didn't book my ticket on American Airlines. I then told them it was with virgin. And then all of a sudden they sent me a ticket and told me that virgin had put the credit on the ticket they sent. But I caught them in another lie- the price they sent me was the exact same as on virgins website. There was no credit. They are holding onto a 7k credit that they are refusing to help with. They are thieves and liars!

I was really looking forward to saving a good bit of money with this website however I think it is hit or miss. Sometimes they have access to discounted tickets that may involve suboptimal itineraries. In my case, I was flying Atlanta to Bangkok and I found a better deal on Expedia. It is worth checking out to see if they can get you a good deal but there is no guarantee. It also took two days to get ticketed after paying for the airline tickets. I will say that the customer service was excellent however.

Thanks to the agents at Skylux that spend time with you to get the best prices and most convenient flights!
Our agent Dime got always back to us immediately, and gave us the most direct routs and was always was top of everything. We purchased 2 business class tickets Vancouver-Barcelona and Zurich to Vancouver.
As our cruises got cancelled in the last moment Dime accommodated us with return flight changes. We did have to pay a small amount due to different pricing for the same rout with new dates.
We will continue working with Dime for our next flights. He inspires confidence, he knows this business well.
Got a great rate to Australia during Christmas and New Years compared with what I found on Kayak. Happy Australia is open again
