No service if things go wrong

Skylux travel works if a ticket is booked and there are no issues. However, any flight disruption by the airline resulted in my case with the agent attempting to offer alternate schedules. It continued close to the time of the original schedule. One offered itinerary I accepted only to be offered an alternate the following day so I requested a refund from the airline. Ultimately I contacted the airline myself to avoid a no show. The agents must be commission driven and certainly do not then work for you. Perhaps not all agents are like this but beware. It cost me around $4,000 extra for 3 tickets including charges not credited by Skylux. I will never use this agency again it is not worth the risk.
Also worth noting, at no time was I able to talk to a supervisor to resolve the dilemma. Number of emails and phone calls more than 20 without resolution. Test calling and request a supervisor before you commit your money.

I requested a quote for travel to Milan departing in Sept, returning in November. Let Magnus D. Know our approximate budget and that we were flexible on dates. He told me he would call back with quotes in an hour. Ten or so hours later he called but I was not able to pick up. He sent an email quoting one passenger $6000 MORE than our budget ($8100), even though I told him we were willing to fly premium economy on the return. I will never contact this company again! It seems to me that was a passive aggressive response.

Beware of Skylux!

Beware of Skylux, this company's agents are only interested in selling you tickets so they can make their commissions. They will tell you what you want to hear and then deliver something else. But once you have paid for your ticket, you are on your own! You will never hear back from the agent that sold you the ticket if there is a problem.
They push you to buy travel protection, but in my case it didn't help at all! I am out 10K for 2 Business Class tickets purchased July 31st 2022 for a travel date of Aug 2d. I was supposed to travel on Lufthansa but ended up being on Concord, another company who borrows Lufthansa old planes to sell seats at cheaper rate.
Trisha Sau the agent totally misrepresented the tickets she sold me.
When I arrived at the airport, agents at the Concord counter informed me that the flight was delayed 1 hour, i was told that it was ok to come back later and check in. I stepped away 30 minutes and when I returned the counter was closed and all agents were gone. I called Skylux for help, I was told by the agent who sold me the ticket, that there was nothing she could do now, because I was considered a NO Show. Never mind travel protection! I literally begged her to help me, and to put me on an other flight. Her response was that she couldn't do anything because it was no longer in her hands. I have called her several times since but nobody has returned my calls, I sent an email to her supervisor, he too didn't respond, and since then "my" agent has disappeared. This company is run by incompetent agents, you can't speak with anyone in management, there no customer service follow up or resolution department where you can actually expect to be heard and helped. You have no recourse but to go legal.

Scammer Travel Agency

My return journey got cancelled without any action from my side. I needed the agency to work with the airline to get that re-instated but basically the agent took me for a ride quoting either not being to contact the airline or chasing a non-existent refund. In the end i had to buy tickets using my own money and Skylux wont even respond to compensate me. NEVER use SKYLUX

We've been purchasing tickets through Skylux for several years now. When friends and family hear what we get for the price we pay, they want to know who to go to. Easy. We just tell them and provide our agent's name and number. We are not only big fans of Skylux, but now our family and friends are too! Many even tell us how thankful they are we told them to use Skylux and how they are hooked on the company's services as well. Fast, courteous, affordable, and fun. Great service! Unreliable, overpriced and shady

Booked an economy ticket and realized later that actually half of my flight is economy premium which was never told to me so I paid more not knowing it. I was told I have the right to 2 carry on bags, at the airport they told me that is not true, but I also emailed them before to check if this is correct and they assured it is.
At the airport I had to pay additional $100 to check in my second carry on. I needed to change my return flight and they gave me the best option for 500$ assuring me there is nothing else they can do, I called the airline and rebooked the flight to the desired date for $16.40.

They have friendly customer service but will lie to you and overcharge you. Be aware.

Magic!

I tried SkyLux on a whim. I was purchasing three business class tickets to Europe on a multi stop route. Direct prices from the airlines were over $8,200 a piece. SkyLux saved my $2,500 on each ticket. So simple. Just one phone call. The trip immediately showed up in my United Airlines account. I wish i knew about them before.

Be careful purchasing tickets from this company. Howie who sold me a business class ticket, verifying on the phone that it was a flat bed. I found out that I have been lied to, and when I called and complained, he sent me a flatbed picture from Delta airlines telling me it's the flat bed on Iceland air. Iceland air does not have flat beds. This is a COMPLETE SCAM!
When I asked for refund and wanted to talk to his boss, they got radio silent. I filled a complain with my credit card company for fraud. Thankfully, they were stupid enough to send me a picture of a Delta airline flatbed picture, with a note that it was Iceland air. BEWARE!

I tried Skylux for booking overseas business class flights when their ad popped up when I first started to look for flights. Their ad was enticing and suggested they offered services and pricing on business class travel that was better than others in the industry. My experience however is that they did not provide business class pricing that was cheaper than that found on other flight consolidators like Kayak. They were also difficult to work with for flight changes as they were non-responsive and uninterested in finding viable options. They literally would not return emails and phone calls. They provide no online flight comparison like other consolidators, that would allow you to immediately see the flight options available and how Skylux prices compare to other consolidators. They also expect you to provide a gratuity to the agent who works with you... both when you initially book your flights and for every time a change is made to your arrangement... Ridiculous. I ended up paying in excess of a $1000 more than if I had booked the flights directly with the airlines or through another consolidator. I personally will never use Skylux again, and if asked for my opinion by others would discourage their use of them. Making arrangements directly with the airlines or through a consolidator you trust is definitely preferred over using Skylux. My advice is to run not walk away from their ads.

We have used their services for last 5 yrs. We get great price and iteanrry for business class flights from skylux. We use services of Spike who knows his stuff. We few days ago booked 4 business class multi city trip to Middle East and India with them. Great price and iteanrry. Highly recommend skylux and their agent Spike.

Spike is very good at what he does but he sounds of a bit rude, I strongly suggest that he come across Polite
With his clients and to reply email question on booking in timely manner.
