This was the first time I booked with SKYLUX and I must admit it was a pleasant experience. Tracie was on the ball as we say and very accessible. She answered my questions thoroughly and was always available. If she was on another line she called back promptly! Way to go Tracie!

First time using Skylux and a pleasant experience thus far. My only issue is that I also purchased flight protection which included 24-hr flexibility for changes or cancellation. A few hours later I requested to change the return flight to one day later. I thought that's simple enough and within the 24-hr window so everything should be fine and I told the agent only change the flight if the price is the same. So they used the flight protection and were able to work it out with the airline to exchange the ticket at no extra cost. However since it's now technically a new ticket, I have to pay for the protection again if I want it. So I was annoyed by that, and I wouldn't have changed it if I knew that the protection wouldn't be transferred. He explained to me the protection was the way they were able to exchange the ticket at no extra cost just as I requested, but I didn't clarify that I also meant like no extra cost for protection either. So I write it off as a miscommunication. Otherwise very happy.

I was looking for a business class ticket to Europe for a client and the best I could find was $4100+. I have never contacted SkyLux before but I submitted my request and within a matter of minutes I was contacted by Victor and given a quote of $3598 for the trip. In addition, this entailed 3 planes going and 3 planes returning and all of these flights were business class. Before when I was just using the regular search sites for flights only the two transatlantic flights were business and the four others were economy. I can highly recommend the use of SkyLux for your international business class flights.

First time using - and i was curious to know how good the service would be (as it was an advert that popped up -at the same time i was looking for flight options!). Having flown many times, and used travel agencies in the past, am aware of what service(s) should be included. My contact was prompt in reaching out when i went on their website for a quote - and within an hour, i had several proposals and prices to work on - this was for multi leg international flight. Within 2hours, i had booked 6 flights, in 4 countries, and kept in budget. Certainly, would use again.

I reached out as I really wanted to have a reasonably priced business class ticket to Europe.
I was flexible to some extent. Days and destination could be moved around.
Stanton gave me some options one day but nothing seemed. Worthwhile.
I tried again another day. So did he. Finally he arrived at a good option for me. It was only a few hundred dollars more than premium economy. I took the option. I am pleased.
