Zell was a good communicator, but more important he listened to what I wanted.
He found me the flights that requested with significant savings. He was patient enough to stay on the phone until I had completed the transaction. He offered to find seats and add our frequent flyer numbers.

I made my flight reservation late, just a month before departure. I worked with Wesley and he was great. He found a business flight to Zurich from Cleveland that was almost $2,000.00 less than other sites. I had asked for one stop only and the stopover was 10 hours! That was impossible for me because I am 84 years old. He then found a two stop flight that was much better and shorter overall flight. Go to this site and ask for Wesley.

I was able to secure a $3200 savings on a flight in high season. It was a a matter of may be two hours from first contact until I had viable options in front of me. Communication runs conveniently through what's app/phone/email.
