The experience was good. After it was over I logged into Qatar to do my seat selection and found that the code for the outbound flights were P, requiring me to spend an extra $210 to reserve seats. That should have been explained to me.

I was referred to Pablo by a friend that worked with Pablo for a number of years. He was very prompt in getting back and for helping me and my friend secure our flights to Paris.

We were excited to use this company to facilitate our travels to Europe. However, we ended up wasting an enormous amount of money and time to book our flights through agent Olaff White. Months later, when I requested that the agent, Olaff White assigns our seats he tells me that most of the flights are not business class. Why would a family of four spend over $24,000 on tickets to Europe if they were not on first class. This detrimental reliance on the misrepresentations of Olaff White are immensely troubling. BEWARE if you are booking through SKYLUX and agent Olaff White. It is cheaper and faster to book your business class tickets yourself.
I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM USING THIS COMPANY!

Superb and have been telling all friends and family about how SkyLux saved the day on a flight that Air France and Delta totally wrecked. An hour and a half on the phone w Delta who was unable to resolve the matter, and 10 minutes with Mustafa whom I had never talked with before…he solved the matter.
