I ordered 4 NGK spark plugs they were shipped in an unprotected envelope from California to New York and were damaged. Each spark plug box was crushed inside the OEM box.

It included free shipping, which was nice, however would be nice if it got shipped out of California since I was in Arizona rather than the East Coast, which took the full days to get here

The image showed a complete sensor. I got a kit. The schematic and the color code was not the same. Following instructions, it tripped the check engine light. Your instructions were for a chrysler, i have an AMC 2.5. It was crap
Item listed in compatibility chart as a "universal sensor", in the automotive parts world this means the sensor is a "bare wire" replacement with no connectors attached. The wires must be spliced into place or attached to the original connector. Picture in the listing is of the sensor only and not connector because it is an universal sensor, OE or Direct Fit sensors come with the connection attached and usually are costlier units.
