Just bought a hitachi ignition coil before I placed my orders I called SixityAuto customer service to confirmed that their products are manufactured from Japan I was told that all their products are all manufactured from Japan so when I received and check the box it's a MADE IN CHINA Was disappointed that your advertising is misleading so this will be my last purchased from now on thank you!
We do apologize for any miscommunication. Hitachi was founded in Japan in 1910, since then, they have established a global network of manufacturing plants throughout the world, including Asia and North America.
Ordered parts online. Nice website and free shipping. Unfortunately the parts did not fit. Contacted customer service who sent a return label after advising a cost for returning items. Sent the items back per instructions and then waited, and waited and finally after 29 days from them receiving the items back (according to the Post office tracking) I called to ask what the hold was. No explanation given. Refund finally made, minus the return shipping costs after 32 days from them receiving items back. I do not feel their return policy and efficiency equals the normal return environment in today's online shopping.
Select anything built in the USA UK, Germany, France, Italy or Sweden, before 1960 and you get "we can't find. Etc.". What's the point of even listing them?

Terrible! I am disappointed with my purchase!
I ordered two different O2 sensors (upstream and downstream) but I got two identical O2 sensors (upstream)! I wrote a message to support twice, but no one answered me and did not check my order. Terrible, just terrible! I lost a good amount of money
We do apologize for any confusion. These sensors have the same part number 234-4162 and can be used for either upstream or downstream. Should you no longer need the items, please reach out to us so that we may give you, your options to return.
It all depends on how fast you deliver. If delivery is within a couple days then you would get a high RATING but if I have to wait a week or so than your rating will be loooow.

I request a cancel of my order hours after placing the order. The delivery time was too long. No one replied but now you're shipping it and It's still s week out. I no longer need but now I'm going to have a wait on it too arrive, ship it back and you're charging me a return fee for an item that shouldn't have left sixty autos if there's an open line of communication. Attached is my screenshot of my communication to you with no response. Cancelations should be immediately.

We do get the orders out as quickly as we can, either the same day or within 24 hours of the order being placed as we know that these parts are needed for repair. I was not given an estimated delivery date and time.
We do apologize that the delivery time was not available on the site. This order was placed on 11/12 and was picked up by USPS today 11/15. You should have received a confirmation email with your tracking number but we generally allow 2-5 business days for the carrier to get that to you. This order will be coming for our Indiana warehouse, so it may take the full 5 business days.
I looked for these parts online and Sixity Auto Parts had them on stock at a good price with FREE shipping. Received a tracking number soon after my order and received it in good time.
