I have 3 hosting plan on SiteGround, and encountered some technical problems related to domains, each time I need a help, the livechat responses very fast and the operators are very professional and friendly, I am 100% satisfied to had chosen SiteGround.

I rarely have to contact support but when I do, it's always quick and easy via chat. I love SiteGround.

I had to talk over a site from another and seemed to have some issues, mostly because I didn't understand since this was my first time with SiteGround. Within about 30 minutes (two different chat sessions) everything was resolved.

The customer support person was very supportive and knowledgeable, and I thank him for his advice. Keep up the good work.

I did a renewal for 2 years and didn't know that it was already renewed automatically for an other year. So I contacted the Customer Service asking for the cancellation of this one year renewal. They satisfied my request in just a couple of minutes.

I had an issue with one of my sites at 9:30pm EST and so I got on with chat... they fixed the problem in 10 minutes. AWESOME!
