Handled expertly. Cant say exactly what the issue was, took maybe an hour or so. Then there was an issue with billing. All was managed successfully.

I build a website by myself on WordPress, so I have questions every week about something. Or I need help with something. They are kind and very patient with me. In my opinion, Siteground has the best support team. I use to have in past Godaddy and HostGator. I can't even compare.
Also, Siteground provides an SSL certificate at no extra charge that is included in each plan. I love their service!

In the last few years Siteground have really picked up their game. They are fast, easy to use, helpful etc. They aren't the cheapest (after the first 12 months) but if you've been with a crappy service provider before you'll understand that the pain of dealing with sub standard customer service and technical support is just not worth paying a few dollars less each month.

Great and fast service if there is a problem - which there seldom is. I use SiteGround mainly for email - several accounts, and their service is flawless.

Connected on a chat session regarding authentication issues with my email account. The agent was very present, professional, and knowledgeable. After working thru the identification of the root problem he made a suggestion which I tried and it corrected the issue on the first call. Great Job!
