Unfortunately, the client who owns the site didn't want to continue the service with me, due to this whole economic slow down which impact them as well. So now I'm left with the bill myself. So I asked Siteground for a help with the refund, and just like that, in less than 5 minutes of chat, I got a refund for 11 months, the 1 month charged because it's already running, but it's fine. Really glad for that, during this time of pandemic, knowing I don't have to pay that much for something that I forgot. Always love siteground from day 1.
