I was not happy to receive this message, since when I signed up it was for unlimited web site and no Inode quota was mentioned.

Immediate action required: Your Hosting Plan hosting plan exceeds its dedicated Inode Quota

I have reluctantly upgraded early to cloud hosting at much more money, but I did this because I am super satisfied with their support, and I rarely say that about any company.

We are glad to see you are happy with your support experience with us!
The inode usage consists of the total number of files and folders present on your hosting account and the quotas are listed in the plan comparison sales page, in the “Server Resources” section. Whenever clients reach the plan inode quota, they can either delete any unnecessary files from the hosting plan, thus decreasing the usage, or upgrade to a higher plan. You may want to review and delete old email messages, old website pages in order to decrease the number of files/inodes and eventually downgrade your plan.

Wonderful Support

Changed over to SiteGround a little while ago. Their interface is easy to use, but when I have had issues I've contacted their live chat and gotten attention right away and good support (eg. Reps are very polite and helpful and answer in a timely manner).

Excellent service, my team spent 2 days trying to fix a security problem. I contacted the support and Georgi showed me the solution, and propose to fix it for us. It took 5 min.
That s what I call professional.

From my first enquiry about changing my reseller hosting to setting up and transferring sites SiteGround customer service has been absolutely great.
They know how to answer a question! So many other customer service teams answer your question WITH a question, making you repeat the whole thing again.
SiteGround staff know their job and they do it well!

I've been with several hosting services in the past, and have found them either awful, or passable but with no human element to them. I moved to Siteground a year ago, and in that time I've set up several websites with them. I'm not the most technical, but I get by just fine - until I started working on this website and decided to delve into areas of CSS I'm not massively familiar with. Long story short, I did a stupid thing, and somehow managed to strip out backend data. Cue: a long evening of panic trying to undo my stupidity to no avail. I went to Siteground with my problem and I was in a chat with Ivaylo within three minutes. He'd solved everything in less than ten minutes - all on a Saturday night. He even stayed on until I'd solved it in case I needed 'moral support'. Every time I've needed any help from the guys at Siteground they've been right there (the longest wait I've had was ten minutes on a chat and a day on a support ticket) and they've all been really lovely and helpful. I know the lack of support I would have had from my previous hosting providers. It's more than worth the money to know they're invested in the customer service. 10/10, would recommend!
