THEY DON'T GET BACK

I ordered 50 cards are paid over 35 bucks to have them within 2 business days. I called right after I put my order in to make sure I'm going to get the shipment in time because I was leaving soon for Christmas. I put in for a call back because they could not get to all the calls... well no call back. I called again set a call back and again nothing! Had they called me back I would have been able to ship the cards to my parents home and mail them from there. Finally the messages me back on FB and said "sorry we can't help". Their reviews are clearly not true on their site... I wish I had found this site first.

Paid high quality expensive cards. Received cards on Friday (3 days late!) and... our family image was sooooo dark and gloomy, that all four of us became looking like a different family with dark faces!
Our original photo was bright, with a blue sky and Caucasian faces, but instead we became African-American family ( with all respect to them).
Tried to call them, 1h15min hold and I had to hang up.
Never use this company!

Do not use this company!

I had to do a chat to make a change to my holiday cards, because I couldn't get anyone on the phone, and the idiot put the words "new year" at the bottom of my card instead of changing to lower case the words "New Year" in the sentence above. I will be going back to Shutterfly.

Bad customer service

I placed my Christmas card order for 200 cards online late at night. The next morning I got an email that offered free shipping for return customers so I texted my request to get credit for the $8+ shipping charge. I was sure that this was not going to be a problem. THEY REFUSED! In my experience, when a company can't afford to refund $8, it goes out of business soon. They can't afford to miss out on $8. Customer beware. They are on the brink of going out of business. Wish I had read these other bad reviews of their customer service before I had ordered.

Worst customer service

I ordered thank you cards for my wedding a few months ago, and had a good experience, so I decided to try them again for my xmas cards. The order I received was completely crooked and unacceptable and the customer service I received was completely unacceptable for a number of reasons, none of which had to do with actual employees. I received an order that was crooked and completely unacceptable, including envelopes that I paid extra for that had missing characters in the addressing because no one on their end chose to check them before mailing them out. I contacted the customer service team and they all tried their very best to be very accomodating, except that their system is set up in a way that multiple people respond to my messages and one hand doesn't speak to the other. At one point, I had 4 different people working on my order and repeating themselves simply because I kept replying to the ONE EMAIL ADDRESS provided for customer service and apparently it goes to whoever is sitting at their desk at that moment, so everytime I replied to message, I got someone different with evidently no clue about what had already been established with previous customer service representatives. Completely disorganized and inefficient. Then suddenly I was getting charged for expedited shipping which is completely insane-- I requested expedited shipping of this fixed item because obviously I was supposed to have gotten my item a while ago, which I did, but it was completely unacceptable. I needed my cards by the end of this week, which is what the initial shipping promised, so I didn't see it as insane to request expedited shipping to receive my (hopefully fixed) cards within the original time frame. No one mentioned a charge or anything when I requested it, nor honestly should there be, because I ordered my cards initially with a specific time frame in mind and the only reason I didn't fit that time frame was due to the company's error. Had they been printed correctly the first time, I would have been within my window and we wouldn't have had a problem. Then I received a message that I would be charged extra for the expedited shipping. Absolutely ridiculous. I can even understand that errors happen, misprints happen. But going through this mess of a customer service department I wouldn't recommend your company to anyone. I'll be shopping on shutterfly or elsewhere for my card needs from now on. The hassle and stress was not worth the few dollars I saved.

Horrible customer service

I ordered Xmas cards last year and got them quickly and they were beautiful. So I decided to order again this year but unfortunately they messed up my order. I immediately contacted them as I needed to send out the cards soon. Keep in mind the incorrect order got to me in 4 days from the day of order to the day of delivery. I even sent a photo so they could see that the order was incorrect and not the design I chose. The customer service rep was more concerned about getting me a return label to get the incorrect order shipped back to them. Hmm ok, not sure what you're going to do with the cards. So I had to ask what she can do about getting my cards to me quickly. She proceeds to tell me the quickest they can get to me is 10 days. I ask her why it would take so long for something they messed up on, besides the fact that it's ridiculous they have me re-packaging and running around for an order they messed up. What I expected to hear from their company is "go ahead and keep those/toss them and we'll rush an order out to you." So then she comes back and says she can overnight the delivery, but it would still take 7 days now because of the foil printing I order and they cannot rush the machine.?!? Then how did they get me everything in 4 days last time? Who knows. I had also asked to speak to a manager throughout the chat, but she would never transfer me but rather kept telling me she did all she can do and the manager will just tell me the same. Then when I question if she has any intentions to transfer me, she comes back and says they can't transfer chats and will take my phone number and call me back. At that point I was done and told her to cancel any new order she placed and issue me a refund for the incorrect order or else I'll contact my bank. I love their cards and their pricing is good for what you get, but if this is the customer service I'm up against when things go wrong, I'll gladly pay a few extra dollars and go elsewhere. So disappointed as their stuff is really cute. But they just completely ruined it with the way they handled this situation.

Terrible Company

I had a great customer service experience when I was placing my order
And was very excited to switch from Minted to Simply to Impress.
Unfortunately, when my order arrived, they completely messed it up. They
Misprinted the addresses and neglected to stuff, seal, stamp and send
The envelopes directly. I chose this company because of this service and
Because of the positive reviews I read. When speaking with Customer
Service about this issue, they were unwilling to actually fix my problem
And just kept repeating that they could refund the cost of my address
Labeling. The regular Customer Rep and her supervisor were both so
Unhelpful and refused to help in any other way. I am so disappointed in
This company.

Worst company ever

I searched online to find a company to produce my Thank you cards and decided to go with Simply to Impress. Well lets just say that they failed to impress me. I placed the order and also paid for them to do the envelopes and also mail the cards out to my family and friends that attended the party. I received an email stating that my order was processed and the photos were good and they would go forth with printing. I ordered 19 cards because I wanted one card for myself as a keepsake. I got a confirmation email saying that the order was shipped and I would receive my card and my guest would have their cards by the 29th of May. I got my card on the 25th of May but my guest never got their cards. I spoke with a customer service rep who told me that the order was messed up and they would credit my account for the stamps and mailing fees and the cards would still be sent to my guest and they would receive them by June 5th. I talked to Alejondro today June 5th who informed me the order was STILL messed up and they only sent out 1 card despite me ordering and paying for 19 cards in total. He wanted to send the cards out to my home address but they would have to be printed all over again which could take another ten days. If they company does not provide the service of the cards being mailed out then it should not be listed as an option for customers. I was also told that since the cards were made already that I could not get my money back. I paid with paypal and told them I would cancel the payment and dispute the charges with my credit card company. This company not only dropped the ball once but they did it twice. I will not be ordering from here every again and will make it my business to let others know not to order as well. There was no solution to the problem just a bunch of empty apologies and still no personalized thank you cards. The company did refund the money but they were very unprofessional about how the mixup with the order was handled on both occasions. Thanks Simply to impress for the horrible service.
