It is 12/13 and my cards are over 4 days late. This is partially b/c they had to redo cards for me b/c the quality was fuzzy and dark. This was something I was really looking forward to sharing with family and friends, and they have ruined it. Talk about making thinks worse during this already tough year. Will never use again. Currently figuring out another way to share my photos.
The products are nice, although the price has consistently gone up over the past 4 years. Turn around time leaves A LOT to be desired. Their site claims 2-3 day turn around. My cards took 8. The company did not expedite shipping in order to make up for their delay. $200 of Christmas cards that now will not arrive before Christmas in most cases because the information on their site was inaccurate. I've used this company for the past 4 years, I will be looking for a new provider for next years cards. This level of service is simply not acceptable.
Will never order from them again. Christmas cards ordered in NOVEMBER are 2 weeks late. Customer service response is very slow and bizarre, such as asking me for full address, when it is included in the email they just sent me. Clearly it is a bot or someone stalling for time. RIDICULOUS - BEWARE!

I had two pre-addressed, multi-photo holiday card orders in process on parallel tracks, one for an elderly parent (Shutterfly), the other for us (Simply to Impress). In the time it has taken Shutterfly to screw up the ealier/smaller order not once but now twice, our much larger order sailed through Simply to Impress, arrived quickly in nice packaging and are in the mail. The recipient interface was one easy uplink of an Excel file. Shutterfly provided a template with structural errors, it was supposedly corrected by their staffer, the pre-addressed envelopes arrived empty to my parent, and way behind schedule. Zero quality control on the outbound and their staff doesn't test their system. I'm on hold with them now because they sent the order with no recipient addresses, again! The reason for 4 vs 5 stars: Wish there was more customization for the pre-addressed envelopes as is offered by the competition (colors, fonts, addressing the back flap of the envelope), as well as line spacing and font sizing within the card. But for speed, easy of use and overall quality, Simply to Impress has lived up to its name. Pre-addressing the envelopes makes a big difference for both speed to the mailbox and elegance of presentation. Thank you!
I ordered very simple Christmas Cards on November 16th. Simply to Impress told me they would be delivered by November 21st. A day after they were not delivered, I contacted customer service and they said to wait a few more days. In between those few days I ordered some things from Shutterfly and they were delivered, again in those few days. I then contact customer service again who said they were still in the process of being shipped. I know this, I get a text every day saying they are being delivered later than expected. All they could do was offer a refund once it was sent back. So I've now waited over 11 days for cards, then when they eventually get here will have to wait another who knows how long until they are delivered and then even longer for a refund, so we're talking over a MONTH. They are blaming the slow shipping on Covid, I have had no issues with anything else being shipped from multiple other places; amazon, shuttefly, random small businesses online, sending out letters ect. Poor excuse and poor customer service from Audra P. Maybe if you order your cards in July you can expect to get them. I will NEVER order from this company again and I hope you consider looking elsewhere as well.
I have used Simply to Impress for several years now for my Christmas cards and bought stationary for gifts. I love, love, love this company. The cards/stationary are always so professionally done and I get compliments on them every year. Affordable and professional. I will continue to use you. Thank you!
I ordered some personalized notecards on Oct 29 and received them Nov 2, the quality was fantastic and the pictures I had chosen were so vibrant. They are a gift for a friend and now I will definitely be ordering more from this wonderful company.

After reading through these reviews I am completely surprised that this company has such a bad reputation (I had no idea). In the last 8 months I have ordered Christmas cards, save the dates, wedding invitations, and now wedding postponement cards and have never once had a single issue. I have been a return customer as they have gone out of their way by doing things like sending me a free magnetic save the date as a keepsake (even though I only ordered the card version), and giving me 50% a off coupon because I have been a repeat customer. I was able to get all of my wedding invitation, RSVP cards, detail cards, and addressed enveloped for under $250, which compared to other companies is a steal! All of the cards I have received has been great quality, exactly as described, and gotten to me fast (within a week). I plan to be a repeat customer and am shocked that they have so many negative reviews. I guess people only take the time to write a review when they are dissatisfied with a company but not when they are pleased?
I was concerned about the negative reviews but my experience was very positive. I designed a graduation card and ordered 1 as a sample. It arrived within a few days. The quality was very good - I ordered premium card stock and it was nice and thick. The photo was darker than appeared on the screen but there is an option to lighten the photo. It had a typo (my fault) so I designed another one and asked how long it would take to receive 65 cards. I was told 4 days days to print and 3-4 days to ship. They were printed in 1 day and received a few days later. I could not get through to customer service by phone and had to wait about 15 minutes to get a chat rep - that's my only negative.
I ordered a banner for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary from this joke of a business. Because of the pandemic we had to cancel all out original party plans and wanted to do something special and decorate their house. I ordered a banner two weeks in advance and paid for expedited shipping. Here it is two days before the party and no banner and no shipping date. Tried several times to reach them by email and no response but I finally got through today on a chat and requested to cancel my order. There was no apology, no nothing. Just said my order would be canceled. I'm sure they filter all their reviews because there is no way they actually have a 4.9 star rating or whatever it says on their website. This place is crap. Thanks for ruining my parent's 50th anniversary.
I am very disappointed with my experience. I was guaranteed a 2-4 day delivery period and it is day 10 and still no cards. My friend got hers in 2 days. Definitely will not be using this company again.
In November, I went to Shutterfly to order our Christmas cards like I do every year. When I ordered them, I was switched to Simply to Impress so I thought Shutterfly changed their name. I ordered my Christmas cards and received them when I expected them. They sent me a $20.00 coupon for my next order. On 5/09/2020, I ordered a sign for my granddaughter's birthday. It stated delivery would be between May 15th-21st. Great! Her birthday was on May 21st. Four days ago, I went into the system to see when I would get it since I hadn't received an update on shipping. The delivery date changed to May 25th. I sent an email (which they have not responded to yet). I called and it stated over an hour wait. So I got online and chatted. She wanted to give me a 30% discount. I told her that even if they gave me a 100% discount, it still was going to be late and not worth anything. So she stated that she put a rush on the shipping and it would get her by Wednesday, May 20th. Nothing. So I got online last night and it stated it would be shipped today (5/21) to be received tomorrow (5/22). The shipping dates keep changing. I chatted online with another representative today (who gave me the same song and dance), they are busy because of Graduation orders. I wrote back then don't give the delivery dates. He knew I was mad, told me I would be refunded and then hung up on our chat. I wanted to speak to a supervisor but he did not give me a chance to ask for one. RUDE! They do not care. He told me that they can only go by what the computer tells them to say. Really. DO NOT use this company if you want something done. I am so mad I could spit nails.

Called at 3:23 was on hold for 59 min 37 sec, hit 5 to be called back, time now 6:17 and no call! Save yourself the frustration and do not order from this company.
This company promises phoney delivery dates and then will not answer chats or telephone calls. They had me on hold for 2 hours and 15 minutes and then hung up on me! I will never, ever use them again. I highly doubt that I will ever even receive my merchandise. I needed my items by the date they promised which is why I ordered from them. They totally screwed me up with their false promises. I would have been better off paying twice as much to receive my order when I needed it.

Absolutely atrocious. Ordered holiday cards 12/10 with what they said would be 2-4 day shipping. I paid for the return addressing and stamping to ensure they were there before Christmas. I received notification that my order was shipped 12/12. Therefore the latest they should have been delivered was 12/17. On 12/21 I logged into the site to see what was going on, and I noticed that the expected arrival date was 12/31... WHAT!? 16 mailing days AFTER THE "SHIPPED" DATE. I contacted the online assistant, who said that on her end the order was shipped 12/12 and that the 12/31 delivery must have been a mistake. I logged-in today to ask for a refund since today is the 10th mailing day they were "shipped," and now the expected arrival date is... 1/2/20! After the new year! W. T. F. Clearly the product was never shipped when they said it was. Thankfully they gave me a refund. Now I am hoping they can throw away the order before they ship them because I would rather send nothing than send the cards after New Years Day. Never again. Spread the word. This site is a SCAM. Oh and I would leave a photo below, but I don't have one to leave... clearly. LOL.
Simply to Impress? More like Simply to Disappoint! I ordered over 80 Christmas cards over a month before Christmas, and only 36 envelopes came in. The others, according to their terrible customer service reps, are coming in TWO DAYS AFTER CHRISTMAS. What a waste of my time and effort. Not only this, but the image quality is severely lacking, and the fonts they use are almost pixelated on the envelopes. Ruined our family's yearly tradition of sending out quality cards to our friends and family. Now I can't even send a card to my own father because they only sent me less than half of the envelopes. NEVER EVER buy ANYTHING from this company. They are a waste of your time and money, what a disgrace. The worst part? Since I only was able to receive half of my cards before Christmas, they offered a $27 compensation. Those envelopes cost a lot more than $27, and the fact that their customer service is THAT BAD is a reason alone to not buy from this company. It's sad that they don't allow for customer feedback on their website or show bad reviews. Simply to Impress is nothing more than a money grabbing scheme to ruin your family's tradition of a stress free and easy Christmas card experience.
I paid for 2 day shipping (supposed to deliver today) and now it's saying they won't deliver until Friday (four days after I placed the order). I've emailed, called several times and no one will respond. I called this morning and the phone lines said they were closed today? What a coincidence. I will never order from them again. Now my xmas cards will be super late.
Answer: I agree. It's a gamble. The first 2 years I loved the cards. This past year the card did not print well for some reason. If you need customer service to help you, it's a huge issue. I am sending back the cards and I used another company. I hope I get my refund with no issue. If I don't, I will just have to contact my credit card company which has had great customer service.
Answer: It's easy. You just won't get the result you may want, like sending cards to friends and family which inthr resin you used them.
