They shorted my order by over half. When I called they started out promising quick service to fix their error. That is where is stopped bing positive. I have Customer Service emails from 5 different reps all stating differing things- not one of which has actually happened. Nothing shipped when it said it would, or how it would. They made an error and promised expedited printing and shipping to remedy. None of those happened. Now it will be Dec 22 before the rest of our Christmas Cards arrive so I can send them out. What a joke! They ruined out holiday cards, and have no explanation on why every person had a different excuse and none of them were honest. I cannot express how disappointed I am. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM- THEY WILL RUIN YOUR EVENT>
I'd give 0 stars if i could. Make sure not to order from this company. Ordered our Xmas cards on the 12th and even paid extra for shipping to have them on time by the 16th and as of the 19th, they have not even CREATED them yet! And no apologies or explanation.
Ordered 10 cards for xmas, they are as seen on the photos, packaging all re-cycleable in fact the boxes are so pretty i intend to reuse for homemade sweets.
Very prompt too, in fact i would love to use for future BIRTHDAY cards, etc.

They'll claim to have your cards out the next day, while taking your money for expedited service, and then everybody will get their cards a week after Christmas. Go literally anywhere else for your cards. Awful.
After ordering Christmas cards on 11/30/21, they were mailed USPS on 12/2. Hung up in transit in Tallahasee FL for 17 days so far. Customer Service consists of sharing the tracking information I have been tracking for more than 2 weeks. Zero help or support, no offer to contact the shipper to expedite. They don't care if you stay with them or not, review them or not, post on social media or not, contact the cc company or not. Will not use again.
UPDATE: after countless emails, I finally got a full refund for my order and an apology.

So I ordered again... Cards came NO ENVELOPES! ~UNREAL that this company is alive! I had to send them. So I went out and paid $40 for this size envelopes. I Called and spoke to Karen (realizing SHE was not responsible. Just doing her job) but to let her know how incompetent and uncaring this company is! She offered to give me $29. BACK. Not full cost of my envelopes or the pain and travel $ to find that size. ***PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY FAR AWAY AND WARN ANYONE YOU KNOW TO DO THE SAME!
This company has the worst customer service ever. They will not work with you when they have delivered below quality product to you. I have contacted them for a week now to get them to acknowledge the poor craftsmanship on my Christmas cards and they will not respond to me or make any effort to rectify the situation. Buyer beware!
My cards were supposed to arrive last Tues. I ordered cards and an address stamp. They're using USPS to ship from CA and I received one response from Customer Service when they saw one of my items did ship. Once I mentioned I got the rubber stamp, but not the cards, they stop responding. The tracker shows the cards made 5 different stops in PA, I'm in GA! The tracker then changed and has read 'In Transit, Arriving Late' for the last 3 days. The only reason why I gave them 2 stars is because I received the stamp on time. Simply needs to step up, respond and make this right. I suspect there may be an error on the address? It's looking like we won't have Christmas cards this year.
Ordered Christmas cards and came in wrong on the their end. Chat and customer service and a "ticket" was created. Took almost 1 week of going back and forth because they only respond to email once a day and no one on phone to talk to. I even emphasize that it is 2 wks behind my initial order and I was going to be going out of town. They eventually said that it was their fault and will "expedite." However, they DID NOT expedite as they promised and came in as standard mail.
Card stock is heavier than Shutterfly and Tiny Prints but the color is dull and nothing to be impressed about.
I spent > $100 on 60 Xmas cards and entire process took over 3 wks to get my final cards.
Customer is the worse and I definitely would not use them again. There are so many other competitions.
Do not use this company. They are unwilling to correct errors they made during printing. They say they will give you a 50 percent discount to reprint but it's barely a 30 percent discount.
I am so disappointed with this company. Save yourself the trouble and order form a more reputable company. The lady, Karyn was very kind and understanding, however her higher ups were not understanding whatsoever. I will not have time to have Christmas cards this year because of them messing up the shipping label on their end. Please don't order form here!
2021 is the 6th year in a row that I've ordered from Simply to Impress. In the past, I've always been have happy. This year is the first year that I paid extra to have both the return address AND delivery address printed on the envelopes. I received my order last week. Correct cards! WRONG ENVELOPES! I'm in Massachusetts and received envelopes for a family in Kentucky. I called the day I received the order and asked the rep to send new envelopes and I requested a rush delivery. The rep asked if I paid for rush delivery originally. The answer - "NO, I DID NOT! But your company made a mistake, so I would hope it would be a priority to fix it." I went through the steps to "report a problem" and downloaded a picture of the incorrect envelopes. I called back 2 days later to check the status only to find out that the correction order wasn't processed. Apparently they didn't understand what the issue was so they didn't take any action! At this point I reiterated the issue and said that I wanted them to make this right by processing the order ASAP. After I got off the phone, the rep sent me an email saying that they generated new envelopes for me but since I asked for them ASAP, they only put the return address on the envelope and NOT THE DELIVER TO! I called again on Saturday. I complained again. The rep said she'd pass along my concerns to a supervisor. Now it's Monday and I called for the 4th time. The representative was very nice and sympathetic to the situation but she told me that a supervisor told her that I'd need to "report a problem" to get this worked on. So 5 days and 4 calls later and I'm back to square one. ATTN: Simply to Impress. I'm no longer impressed. This type of customer service is inexcusable! You've just lost a long-time customer.
I ordered cards with a blank back & paid for next day delivery... they "shipped" the package on a Thursday but didn't actually take it to the post office until Saturday... and they printed their logos on the back :| No response on a refund either, of course.
After ordering the cards in October and receiving them somewhat timely, it wasn't until on Thanksgiving weekend that I noticed the envelopes had been printed with the wrong return address - and stamped poorly. I immediately forwarded an email - no response. Customer service is a waste of time crying that they can't contact their QA department, and there is no manager.
Unable to find a physical address for the business, I sat on my order for two days before taking the leap. The order was placed a week before Thanksgiving and the impeccable package arrived days later—unexpectedly early enough for me to write in all the cards during the time off! About the design platform: no delays—yay! Limited designs yet beautiful layouts simplifies the task and is user-friendly. My final cards were on nice card stock, even-colored, full-bleed, and had clean die-cut edges.
Awful, idiotic customer service. We created an order for christmas cards and the total came out to be approx $55 but it charged me $79. I emailed customer service with screenshots and they said "we checked our system and the $79 is correct. Dont worry about it." Dont worry about it? So you can steal my money and commit credit card fraud? So we proceed to call them and the next customer representative is just as dense. They acknowledged it was their fault but there's nothing they can do about it and they were going to leave it at $79. Absolutely ridiculous. Where did they find these employees? Company is terrible. Stay away. Cancelled my order. Dont give them business
They advertised free shipping on their website, I've applied the code and they continued to charge me shipping even for Standard Shipping. I have spoken to a Simply to Impress chat representative, and they followed up by saying they will honor the promo code and they will return my shipping funds. However, I had to order first.
I ordered, and when I went back to receive my money for shipping, they went back on their word. I have snapshots of the conversation showing proof, and they still do not honor it.
I will not be dealing with them again due to their unprofessionalism.
Ordered from this website, which I found to be a little pricey but I was okay with because I loved the look. But when we recieved the birth announcement, they had the wrong time of birth on it, the company kept the same time that was in the demo. I screen shoted the pic to make sure I had it all correct. So I had to reorder a whole new order.
I have used Simply to Impress 2 times and both times they came super quick and were excellent quality. One time was for our last minute Christmas cards in 2020 (best Christmas cards ever! - people still talk about them) and the last time was for my daughter's last minute graduation cards that I got days ago (June 2021). Both times they came super fast, great quality, and were in a super cute package with a great display. I was also able to find discounts and coupons so that helped and they gave me a nice discount after my first order. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them for all my needs.
I hesitated to complete my order for our daughter's graduation announcements because of the poor reviews posted on this website. However, I couldn't find a design as nice or easily customized, so I took a chance. I'm so glad I did! I ordered the announcements on Thursday, received a proof for review on Friday, and much to my surprise, my order was delivered today. The announcements arrived in a pretty package, and they are perfect. Based on this experience, I highly recommend Simply to Impress!
Answer: I agree. It's a gamble. The first 2 years I loved the cards. This past year the card did not print well for some reason. If you need customer service to help you, it's a huge issue. I am sending back the cards and I used another company. I hope I get my refund with no issue. If I don't, I will just have to contact my credit card company which has had great customer service.
Answer: It's easy. You just won't get the result you may want, like sending cards to friends and family which inthr resin you used them.
