Waited on hold over an hour to finally get an agent to tell me she was sending it to quality control to review and that takes another 2-3 days. I should have listened to the reviews here and avoided this company.
DO NOT BUY YOUR CARDS FROM THEM! I received envelopes that were not glued on either side and opened up into a flat piece of paper not making them functional as envelops. I immediately reached out to them and got no response. I then did a live chat with them and they did not want to reimburse me for having to go out and purchase envelopes myself in order to get my Christmas cards out in time as I mentioned before because they never responded to my emails. I was told that I did not pay for the envelops and they "came" with my Christmas cards. They weren't able to help in any way what so ever. Just save your time and the headache and order else where!
I ordered Christmas cards which arrived with color totally washed out. Requested to have them reprinted, no response. Called four times to customer service, waited 10 minutes each time with very unhelpful responses. Never received a reprinted set. I highly recommend for you to skip this company, terrible printing and customer service.
Oh where to begin! I took a chance on a sponsored ad instead of the usual shutterfly or vistaprint I normally use. Wow am I impressed. It was a very easy process to customize. The processing time and shipping was exceedingly fast and the cards are gorgeous. They even sent them in very nice packaging with 2 extra cards free of charge and a personalized thank you note. Wow! I will only use simply to impress for all my custom card needs! Opens my eyes to their other products. A+++
Our cards look great!. We ordered late on a Monday night & the cards were delivered Friday (the same week). We are very happy with our order & the quality of the cards. Will definitely use them again next year.
Terrible, terrible customer service. Don't order from them - I changed my holiday cards this year to Simply to Impress from Tiny Prints/Shutterfly. What a mistake, never again! I am calling American Express to have them try to get my money back and I have never done that before. Management, if there even is any, should be ashamed of themselves.
Ordered 2 sets of holiday cards. Both had horrific quality photos. The previews were clear and crisp. Yet the finished product was grainy. I will never use them again. Spent 400$ for terrible quality cards.
I ordered Christmas Cards before Thanksgiving and my cards were shipped to Illinois (I'm in CA). They reprinted quickly and then they were lost in transit, so much for 1-2 day priority. They refunded me $30.00 of my $150 order and hung up on my when I called to ask about their 1-2 priority citing my custom ornaments from Turkey arrived sooner than my cards from a City 45 minutes away from me. Will never order from them again!
This company didn't deliver my cards and then refused to give me a refund. Very very rude customer service to the point that I almost started crying they were so mean

HARD TO TELL WHAT IS MORE DISAPPOINTING. THE POOR QUALITY OF THE PHOTO WHICH IS NOT LIKE WHAT I DOWNLOADED OR THE UTTER APPALLING FAILURE TO GIVE ME ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE PHOTO WENT FROM A BRIGHT SUNLIT PIC OF MY DOG TO A DARK BACKGROUND WITH NO LIGHT. THEN, WHEN I CALLED TO LET THE COMPANY KNOW WHAT HAD HAPPENED, I WAS KEPT ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES BEFORE I GOT A REAL PERSON WHO THEN PROMPTLY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR ABOUT 15 MORE MINUTES AND THEN THE LINE WENT DEAD. LAST YEAR I GAVE THEM A TOP RATING. THIS YEAR IT SEEMS LIKE A DIFFERENT COMPANY. CAN'T POSSIBLY SEND OUT THESE CARDS. AND APPARENTLY I CAN'T GET ANY HELP FROM THEM EITHER. MY ORDER NUMBER IS *******
Do not bother ordering from this company. Their customer service is the worst. My Christmas cards arrived torn on the edges. One was even bent. I submitted photos and had to call three times. It is an embarrassment as to how bad their service is and how little they appreciate repeat customers.
This is the second year to use Simply-To-Impress for our picture Christmas cards. Design went smoothly. Went to Check-out and that's where the problem began. According to the big red banner at the top of their web page: 50% OFF ORDERS OVER $100,40% OFF ORDERS BETWEEN $50 - $100,30% OFF ORDERS UNDER $50. I ordered 60 cards at $1.67 each, which comes to $100.20, so I assumed I would get them at 50% off. HOWEVER, THERE IS A PROGRAMING ERROR (I wonder if it is intentional) SO THAT THE 50% DISCOUNT IS NOT APPLIED UNTIL YOUR TOTAL REACHES $150. Was on a live chat for about an hour and a half with someone that just couldn't comprehend why I thought I was being overcharged. They finally agreed to refund the $10 overcharge. Was it worth the ten bucks. Not really, but I hate getting ripped off through false advertising.
I would give 5 stars for speedy service. Ordered on a Sunday night and cards were delivered to my door early Wednesday morning. Quality looks great. Will I use them again? Maybe, but before I waste time designing the card I'll go to the order page and see if they fixed the programing error
I was hesitant to order after reading these reviews. But, I was able to order magnets at a way more affordable price than other websites. They arrived promptly. They were beautifully wrapped and secure in their box. The color and alignment were great. I was so relieved. I will definitely order from them again.
I ordered "save the date" magnets from simplytoimpress.com and I accidentally uploaded a screenshot of the photo I wanted and the resolution wasn't perfect so the designer reached out to me and let me change it to a better photo and made sure I was happy with the image before printing and they sent these to me so quickly I couldn't believe how fast I received my order and it's absolutely beautiful and well packaged! Very impressed.
I made my first video for this company! They have not paid me, nor do they know I am reviewing them. I love LOVE this company! I've used Vista-Print and Zazzle for the past decade. But no more; totally sold on Simply to Impress.
They must've fixed the previous problems. I might not have ordered from them if I had checked. My sister loves them, so I gave them a try. A+!
This is the second time that they have made mistakes on my orders. First time, they sent out the personal card list to clients and the client card list to family. That was awkward. The next year they mailed me my cards and they arrived the day before Christmas Eve. The expected delivery date was 12/13-12/17. Their service when notified was terrible. I should have learned my lesson the first time.
Ordered Christmas cards and paid rush fees. Cards delivered with photos cut off on the front and back even though they were inside the crop lines on the proof. Notified customer service immediately upon receipt on 12/9 and was told someone would reach out "shortly". TODAY (12/21) they finally contacted me. These were CHRISTMAS CARDS! Clearly they had no intention or fixing their mistake in enough time for me to actually use the cards. Too many other good companies out there. Don't waste your money here.

They have been reviewing my order now for a total of 8 days and not sure if I'll be getting a refund or not it's radio silence when the word refund is even brought up. An absolute scam. The worst quality cards I've ever received. Blurry, dark & gold foil was cut off. I regret not using a more reputable company & ended up ordering from Shutterfly since I couldn't send out the horrible quality ones from Simply to Impress. I couldn't get a reprint or money back after speaking with 10 people. They waited a week to respond to my initial request, hoping that it would go away. They also promised a refund after I argued with them multiple times but I have yet to receive it. STAY AWAY from this subpar business. Please don't give them your money. You will be so disappointed.
Answer: I agree. It's a gamble. The first 2 years I loved the cards. This past year the card did not print well for some reason. If you need customer service to help you, it's a huge issue. I am sending back the cards and I used another company. I hope I get my refund with no issue. If I don't, I will just have to contact my credit card company which has had great customer service.
