I was pleased that Dillon was timely in his responses and help to posting things as quickly as possible. No fuss.

Lane calls when issues need to be resolved or clarified, and will take care of whatever the issue is over the phone.

I feel that Lane is a good communicator. I can reach out to him by email and quickly get a response. If he needs clarification, he will take the time to arrange a phone call. I appreciate that kind of service. Many companies fail to see the value of a quick call and force their customers to communicate by email or chat. This can be frustrating and time-consuming.
