They sell knock off dresses illegally! They are currently being sued for this. They sent me the dress in the wrong color and they're making it impossible for me to return it or get my money back. Shipping back to them costs as much as the dress itself, and they don't accept their mistake.
It's my first time to purchase a dress from this site: www, simple-dress.com, but I have great customer service here. They doubt check the dress color and size, even the date I need it with me to make sure everything is correct. Also the dress I got is super nice, even more beautiful on me!

I bought my dress Oct 1 and received it today Oct 11! I couldn't be happier with it! It is beautiful and just like the picture. It also fits me perfectly. I also give their customer service an A+ they got back to me within hours with an update on my dress. I was skeptical of buying my wedding dress online, but couldn't be more pleased and relieved with the way it came out. I will defiantly make future purchases with them. :)
