The dress I received looked like it was made from bed sheets. The buttons were hanging off, the lace was uneven and everything looked cheap and poorly put together. The craftsmanship was piss poor!. I have done everything in their return policy states to receive a refund. I have been offered unacceptable options offering only to return $40 of the 147 that I spent. Then offering to make another dress. I contacted them with pictures within 24 hours after receipt of the dress On March 31,2017. I have sent follow up emails on April, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 13 and again today April 15,2017. The lack of response to rectify this situation is despicable.

I ordered my dress March 2nd and it came in March 27th so if you're looking to buy from here, buy it very early. When it came in, it was very wrinkly but it can be fixed so I'm not too worried about that. They never sent a confirmation email or tracking number, we had to ask several times for a tracking number. The dress proportions are off in the arms, shoulders, and stomach but it was still pretty. I've seen this dress on 3 different people and they all have varying styles. If you're looking to order, beware the dress isn't going to be exactly like the picture. It's still a pretty dress for the price and where it came from, I'd probably order again. The back of the dress is gorgeous! If I could post a pic I would. Just know what you're getting into before you purchase. BTW the title of the dress I bought is "Mermaid Sequre Sweep Train Long Sleeves Burgundy Stretch Satin Prom Dress with Appliques". The title is misleading because it definitely is not satin nor is it stretchy. However, I knew how it was going to be and I do not regret my decision. All the issues can be fixed with alterations. I wanted to post a review on the website but it had to be submitted for approval, which makes me think their reviews are less than honest.

I just posted a review recently about my order from simple dress and here is the rest of the story. I ended up receiving my dress and when I took it out of the package, I noticed immediately that the color was WRONG. I ordered my dress in a pink tint and it was a blue tint. The material was awful and the dress was about 3 sizes too big. I custom ordered my dress with specific measurements and it was HUGE. The dress wasn't even exactly like the dress pictured. This site copies other sites! This is like an off brand/China brand. Do NOT buy! I emailed them back within 3 days like the return policy states with pictures proving the dress was not what I ordered and they have not replied. I sent the email early Monday morning and it is FRIDAY and I have received no email back! I spent almost 200$ on this dress. I bet I won't even get an email back. And if I do, they will probably try and say "it's too late to return" or something since it's past the 3 days, even though that is THEIR fault. Seriously do not buy. Biggest regret!

I ordered a customize dress from them and I have no complaints! I emailed them with questions and requests and I received a response back immediately which was great! I was a little nervous ordering from a site overseas but everything came back just the way I requested and in the amount of time they stated. After reading other people's reviews, I almost didn't order from this site but I'm glad I went with my first instinct. So to each his own!

I had my sister order a bridesmaids dress through the. It came out perfect and the color was on point! Until my other girls went to order. They did exactly hat my sister did and seleted " as picture shown" to get the blush pink color. They get their dresses and they are in light baby pink! I emailed them for three days and called. They were on their Chinese New Year and now we cant return them? Why because you were off and didnt respond in a timely fashion? Requesting chargebacks and they are dumber than a box of rocks. I provided the order numbers for each girl and told them exactly what happened and they told us to do a whole new order only offering a $10 off compensation. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I am honestly only giving this 1 star cuz I have to. I ordered a wedding dress from here and when I got it it looked like they just tried to make what I ordered. It looked like a copy of what I ordered, not the actual product. On top of that I ordered a size too big, but what I got it, it was 3 sizes too small. On top of that the clamp on the top of the zipper was broken! Upon emailing them countless amounts of times, they are refusing to let me send the dress back and give me a refund. They told me the dress was NOT broken and that they had pictures of the dress before it was sent me to. I asked for the pictures that they had to be sent to me, and when they sent them I could clearly see where it was broken on THEIR picture. I circled the broken part on their pictures and sent it and their response was "it didn't pull well." After emailing more times they said "it isn't broken, I can send you a $15 refund." I was not having that. I had to dispute this with my bank. Every time I tried to tell them about the dress, they completely ignored the matter stating "it is very pretty dress, we sent you a peticoat as a gift for free. The cost is $20." They don't care about any of their customers, they just care about making money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

I ordered my daughter's prom dress from them. Allowing 3 weeks and paying the extra shipping for faster deliver. It did not come on time. According to their policy, if you pay to expedite the dress, at the most, the dress will arrive within 12 days of ordering. It did not. We received it 16 days later which missed her prom. When 12 days had passed, I contacted them to see where the dress was. They said it would ship and would be in our hands the Friday before her prom. I kept asking for the tracking number, they finally gave it to me and according to the it, it would ship the Monday after her prom. Needless to say, my daughter didn't wear the dress. When it arrived on Monday, I refused shipment and sent it back. I then contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge since they fraudulently advertised the shipment window for the dress. I was then contacted by UPS and they refuse to take the dress back.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT IT TO ARRIVE IN TIME. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR POLICY WHICH IS POSTED RIGHT ON THEIR WEBSITE.

The pictures of the dress that you see on Pinterest are nothing short of beautiful. You think you are about to get a dress worth 200$, but you don't. If I could give this a 0 rating I would. Yes I knew when my dress was coming. Yes it came on time. Was it a good quality dress? NO. I wouldn't be caught walking into prom in the dress I got even if someone offered me a million dollars. Cheep tacky material, not stitched together well. Bulky at parts, and not smooth. I would suggest going to a mall, or an actual store. You WONT get your money's worth here. I was so disappointed. I got a long sleeve lace mermaid dress. Look great on the girl. But she was definitely not wearing the same dress that was sent to me. Hers looked good quality and smooth throughout. I really hope people read these reviews before buying. Please go to store or a better website. I hope you find the dress of your dreams! But you won't find it here.

The quality was not what I was expecting for 200.00 when I tried to return the dress I was told they would not give me a refund since it had been more than 3 days. I contacted them about 10 days after I received the dress. I am divorced and this was the first time my daughter was over to try the dress on. It took another 8 days for the company to get back with me. They informed me they would do nothing for me since more than 3 days had passed.

I just received the dress today and it is a re-creation of a dress I saw on pintrest and other sites. This dress did not show the back bottom of the dress it is not a good picture. Cheap looking lace with a tule just cut around edge of the sleeve, did not look like picture. The top also does not lay nice on the chest it almost curls out. As your site states it is important for your customers to be happy with their dress. I would hope you will refund me my money less your re-stocking fee. I sent you a picture as requested but can not send pic on my daughter as one can see right down the top. I would suggest that you would post a better picture of this dress.

I found a dress on here that I absolutely loved. I was hesitant, but ordered it. They told me it would be made in 10-12 days then shipped. Well, it's been a month and still isn't made. I have been in contact back and forth for WEEKS and they keep saying the same thing. I am getting very sick of this and it's a huge inconvenience. Plus, they already charged me. I hope the dress is worth it if it ever comes. Especially since it is for my senior prom. Please, simple-dress, if you're reading this, send me my dress already. Thanks.
