I paid for overnight shipping for 10 banners. When I checked the order on the day they were to be delivered I noticed that the banners had not even shipped. I panicked and called customer service. When I explained to Dan that the banners were a surprise for our seniors for their last high school football game on their home field he got things going! After a few hours I received a call and a follow up email from Dan assuring me that the signs were being finished up and then shipped overnight at no cost to me. The original shipping charges that I paid were also refunded to me. Signs arrived today, game is tomorrow morning and I am thrilled! The sign and print quality is top notch! Colors are vivid and the photographs uploaded to the banners look clear and crisp! Thanks so much signs.com! I will be ordering again!
5 stars, 2 thumbs up. Great signs at great pricing. The quality is top notch and delivery was lighting fast. I highly recommend to anyone who needs signs and has little design knowledge (like myself). They turned out perfect.
I've purchased a few vinyl letter signs and a metal sign and they were all exactly as expected. Good quality materials and printing. My only complaint would be when the vinyl letters are sent the paper that they are stuck to is hand-cut and not straight which makes it a lot more difficult to line up your letters level with your surface. If the paper had been cut straight (parallel to the lettering) it would make the adhesion process much more accurate and easy. I've almost ruined some letters this way.
I literally just recieved my order minutes ago. I had a great experience with customer service and the design team. They cared to maker sure my sign was going to be as designed. However I did not receive a shipment notice or tracking info until the day of delivery and I had to ask for it.
There are a lot of companies to choose for banner production. I always choose SIGNS.COM because they treat you like family and they are above the rest in design and finished product.
I ordered a small sign to display at parks and other locations to announce what I am doing. Signs.com sent me just what I needed, and even with postage, it was cheaper than I could find locally. Great job!

Our school purchased a custom flag with our logo on it. When we received it, it was installed out front with our American flag. Sadly, its material was so heavy, it simply would not fly even in windy conditions. When we reported this, signs.com agreed to remake the flag as a single-sided flag for us at no additional cost. It looks great and flies well!
To stand out from the rest of the classes, I designed the boosterthon flag for my dughters first grade teacher. No only did it capture the theme, and design idea her teacher had, but is was printed beautifully!

I ordered 100 yard signs to promote admissions for our school. The quality of the design, color and product was excellent. They created the exact response from our parents who excitingly placed the signs in their yards!

Delivery was quick is the best part. Should make it more clear about Perforated window decal - only white option, not clear and can not choose which side is sticky.
Sign was fine but asked for custom hole placement and they messed it up. Had to end up making them myself so it cost me $7.00 for nothing. Would probably go to kinkos instead next time
