We LOVED our sign. I was professionally made and shipped. We even asked for help creating the sign and asked for 3 separate revisions. They made the changes without question. The process was so smooth!
Overall I'm quite pleased with the quality of the vinyl. The shipping was super quick and the packaging was top notch. I only have one small issue with a letter that's missing from one of the signs (I ordered 4) but I have no doubt that this will be taken care of.

I was skeptical about ordering signs with them since some reviews were not that great. I designed my signs myself using a 3rd party website and the had Signs.com do the printing for me. Definitely order them ahead of time since delivery times may vary. I am quite satisfied with how these came out, can't wait to put them to use and see how they hold up!

Website was easy, pricing was fair. The sign came quicker than expected. My only complaint was that i wanted holes drilled in it (nothing custom just one of the options) but it came with none
They deliver by FedEx only which means you may or may not get you package on time or at all. They offer no other delivery option. Sad day... FedEx is horrible and everyone knows that.

The quality of our banner was excellent and the processing/delivery time was crazy fast! Seriously we ordered a banner that is 6' x 36' and we had it 4 days later.
I ordered a custom size vinyl banner on a Saturday and needed to have it by the following Saturday. Because of that, I paid a shipping fee of $29 for the 2-day Fed-Ex shipping to make sure I received it by the Thursday before I needed it. The website says they have next day printing (I assumed business day, so make Monday, ship Tuesday), but by Tuesday I had not received any emails letting me know the banner was in production so I called to make sure. The person on the phone was extremely helpful and immediately found out that it was printing and would be shipped out that evening. By the next day (Wednesday) I had received no emails letting me know what was going on, so checked my account again and saw it had been shipped. The banner came on time Thursday as expected, but I never received a status email beyond the first one saying the order was received. Other than this issue with communication (maybe I'm too spoiled with Amazon?), I'm very happy with the ease of ordering and the product. The vinyl banner is a high quality, heavy duty banner with hems and grommets and perfect printing.
The sign was creased, we tried to un crease it, however to no avail. I'll be purchasing another but it needs to be slightly bigger and not CREASED but would like a rep to call me
Loved it and pretty surprised it was only 20-30 dollars for a very well done sign. Only concern is that when I ordered it to be aluminum, I thought it would be somewhat like a street sign. But when I got it it is almost like wood, or like a dry erase board. So I'm a little confused about the aluminum factor. I'm pretty sure though that it will still work for me.
My signs came out fantastic. I especially appreciated the free design service. The design looks great and saved me tons of time!
