I used graphics from this companies on website on our sign that I paid extra for and the pictures are terribly digitized. I am not sure I am even going to be able to use the signs because the graphics are so bad! Their website says not to worry if the graphics look low grade they will print correctly. This is incorrect!
Very easy to work with and the process was smooth from start to finish. The free design assistance helped us to realize our end product. The photos do lose some clarity and the texture of the banners makes them look filtered, but overall we were pleased with the results.

Guidelines for submitting sign design file were helpful but I was challenged to figure out how to meet them. So glad that the raster file 300 dpi worked out. Signs came quickly and were well packaged.

Pros: great customer service on the phone but not via chat when I had to cancel my original order, price of the decals, turn around time
Cons: Quality of color (in large color block areas) was not as vibrant which considering the price was fine. But the reason I am leaving 3 stars is for not actually cutting a specialty cut-to-order sticker, which was the whole reason for canceling my first order. Might as well have ordered a rectangle for less money and cut it myself, because I'm going to end up cutting the one that was delivered anyways. Super irritating!
I can't fault that I received what I ordered. I will say that the overall resolution of the print on the sign is not that good. My main problem is that I supplied a specific brand color that it should have printed in but the color that I received is not the same.

I found the online design features for my 8' X 10' Step and Repeat Backdrop to be more than I expected. I was able to design exactly what I wanted. The Backdrop arrived quickly with it's own frame. The quality of the fabric was excellent and the product exactly as I had designed. Very Happy.
