I placed a phone order with National Animal Hospital earlier this month and was very pleased with the service and help that was given to me during my call. The individual who was helping me with my order was very knowledgeable of the products/medications that I needed. They sent me an e-mail confirming my order, when the order was mailed and a tracking number for my order. I was able to track my order and noticed on the day that I was to receive my package the United States Post Office didn't deliver it (no reason given- ugh!). I immediately contacted National Animal Hospital and told them of my problem. They responded quickly and said that they would send out, immediately, the medication I needed and they would send it UPS to a different address I provided them so that I would be sure to get it. They DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME for the cost of sending my package via UPS although I would have been more than happy to pay for the cost of this shipping. I'm very happy with the outstanding service National Animal Hospital has given me and will continue to use them for all my animal medications.

For two months I have not had a problem getting medicine filled but my order. This this time got misplaced. I spoke with Brian and tract the script down and promised to send it priority. The two months before national animal hospital got my meds to me in a timely manner.
My package has not arrived nine days after it was shipped... It apparently went to the wrong post office, never getting within 100 miles of where I live and now according to the tracking information has gone back to your address... I have been trying all day to contact customer service in shipping and sales but no one answers their phone or responds to email
I called to have a prescription for my dog refilled. The product was on back order, however they had an another option available.
I don't remember the young lady name I talked to yesterday but she very friendly, told me here name and was very helpful with my order. I left a message and I was called back within hour. Also she call the vet to get a new order for the medication for my dog. She went that extra mile to help me.

Frustrating! I ordered this medicine over 2 weeks ago. I had a written prescription from vet. A week later, NAH called to tell me that vet had not responded to fax request. I sent the written script and it has taken another week to tell me that it was shipped. But when I check the tracking info from USPS--it doesn't appear that they even received it from NAH yet. In the meantime, I was supposed to be doing the loading dose for this horse every 4 days. Ugh.
