Phone order for RX refill. Customer service rep was very friendly and professional and efficient. I ordered a three month supply for my pets prescription for Cushing's disease
Nationalah.com is a dishonest company. I placed an order over the phone last month, they billed my credit card that day. After a week and a follow up, they finally sent me a USPS tracking number. After another 4 days of seeing no movement of my package thru the USPS, I followed up again. They still hadn't shipped my package, but assured me it would go out that day, upgraded to express shipping. Three days later, it still hadn't shipped. I requested they cancel my order and refund my credit card. The following day, they notified me that the order was cancelled and a credit had been issued. That was 12 days ago. I checked with my credit card company today and they confirmed that a credit has not been submitted by nationalah.com yet. I won't try to do business with nationalah.com again!
I was a little frazzled when I was looking to place my order and just not up to dealing with the internet so I used the phone. The gal that helped me was so nice, and cheerful and knowledgeable and very willing to answer all the questions I had and helped me make the choices that were best for me without making me feel like I was wasting her time, or slow. My brain was trying to be practical while dealing with very sad news and I honestly felt better after placing my order than I did before I called. My order shipped within hours of my phone call and I HIGHLY recommend this company.
This order was placed on 12/31 understanding it was a holiday weekend I figured it wouldn't be sent until Jan 2 or 3rd. I was sent an e-mail stating it was sent on 1/2. Okay I track it and it was never sent, tracking number was unavailable. I contact them and they resend it on 1/5, today is 1/13 and I still never received it. I track it and it was sent with the wrong zip code and was forwarded to another town. Hopefully I get it someday. I contact them to let them know and never get a response. All I can say is stay away from this place I would never order from them again.

Please forward this letter to the boss of Brian who helped me today on the phone with a major problem I was having getting a prescription medication for my dog LuLu.
I called NAH this morning and he answered the phone. I was inquiring about the status of a prescription order I had submitted via computer. He was very polite and seemed genuinely concerned about my problem which I was having with my local clinic at the local dog shelter. The workers at the clinic kept giving me the run-around and leaving me unassured as to whether the medication would be authorized or not. From the clinic I heard such things as, "that doctor no longer works here" even though the doctor herself had told me she had just started working there. They told me numerous times that the doctor was in surgery and would call back which the doctor never did. I was told that the order had been placed on the doctor's desk and then later told they never got the order/fax. Finally I went down to the clinic myself where the director Dee seemed unconcerned with my problem and started telling me, "I am upset with the doctor because they should not be treating any dogs for Cushing's Disease." I pointed out to her that after approximately $250 worth of tests and a diagnosis being made it was a little late to decide they did not want to treat my dog. I told her that Lulu had been diagnosed not this week, but the previous week and the doctor had assured me that medication would be ordered and I would be notified when it arrived, After almost a week, I called them and was told that not only had it not been ordered, but that they were under an ordering freeze and I would have to order it myself which I did yesterday Today was when I got the run around as to whether the order/fax had arrived and the doctor authorized it. Dee, the director of the shelter told me that it had been ordered and not to be concerned. When I got home I called NAH and was told the order/fax had still not been authorized. This is when Brian called the clinic/shelter talked to someone there and had my order approved over the phone. He then called me and advised me of the order status and helped me expedite shipping.
Our pets can become like family members and their well being can be of great concern. Brian was the only one of the people I interacted with that actually showed that he was concerned about my plight and helped me. For that, I think he should be commended.
I received great customer service from National AH. I had also received my order much sooner than expected which was very appreciated :)
Ordered some prescription only meds for our Golden Retriever, Ben. Dealing with NAH was too easy! Within hours of placing my order, they contacted my vet for the prescription, and shipped shortly thereafter. My favorite thing about them (besides the excellent prices) is the clear communication. I got email updates regularly - including tracking info. Ben's medicine arrived right on time - and we're definitely planning on using these guys again. Thanks for the fast & friendly service!

I love this pharmacy. There was some confusion with my vet's office and the fax number, and National Animal Hospital kept pounding away to get the order correct so my dog could get his medication.
My dog and I have been dealing with Cushings for almost 3/4 of a year now. I've tried every possible online animal pharmacy to order her medication. National Animal Hospital has the absolute best prices. I was nervous ordering medications from them because I live so far away but so far the service has been amazing and beyond my expectations. If you're new to the site don't hesitate to try them out!
Had to put our dog on pain meds and needed to find a cheaper price than my vet had since it looks like he will be on them for the rest of his life. So looked and compared prices and found they had the better deal. Was easy to order. They even kept in touch to let me know my vet hadn't sent them the prescription over after 2 dayss so I could get on my vet to send it.

I had no trouble locating the pet medications I needed and I the price was great. NAH handled the correspondence with my veterinarian; it was so easy.
BUT I can't manage to review or manage my account with NAH.
There is no icon for logging into my personal account and seeing my order history, pending orders, payment options, etc.
Am I missing something?
