I ORDERED $171.89 WORTH OF CRAP FROM THEM. THE PICTURES ARE VERY DECEIVING. IRECEIVED MY ORDER ON WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 17,2018 AND WHEN I OPENED THE PACKAGE I WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED. THE MATERIAL IS VERY CHEAP. THE STICHINGS WERE COMING OUT. THE BEADS ON THE PANTS WERENT LINED UP AT ALL, CROOKED AS HELL. I CONTACTED SHYFULL FAKE $#*! CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL TO NO RESPONSE AS TO HOW TO RETURN THIS MESS. NOW THEY ARE IGNORING MY EMAILS AND ALL I WANT TO DO IS RETURN THE ITEMS AND GET MY DAMN MONEY BACK. THEY ARE CROOKS AND THIEVES THAT WILL GIVE YOU THE RUNA AROUND FOR YOUR MONEY. NEVER WILL I EVER DO THIS AGAIN. LADIES MY ADVICE TO YOU IS DONT DO IT. I'M DOING EVERYTHING I CAN TO GET THEM SHUT DOWN BECAUSE THEY HAVE TAKEN THE WRONG WOMAN MONEY.

I ordered 2 of the dresses "I am one dope chick" off the shoulder, size 2x and 3x. I just knew one had to fit. Well they didn't! I contacted them just to make a return and immediately got a response saying it's not worth the time nor money to return. Asked me to model the clothes so they could identify the issue? Then went on to say they would refund a portion of my money if I would show them how I looked in the dresses. After saying to them I wasn't willing they withdrew by stating their measurements were accurate and offered $7. Why? The lettering had air bubbles in it. I paid $42 and some change for these dresses and when the quality wasn't up to par they refused to take responsibility and offer a better solution. Their customer service lacks in multiple areas.

My order came in a timely manner (about a week and a half). I ordered 2 off the shoulder sweatshirts (size M), 1 off the shoulder dress (size M) and 1 sweat suit (size M). 1 out of the 2 sweatshirts (although was the same size and appeared on line to be the same style) fit waaayy smaller than the other and was made out of a very cheap shiny sweatshirt material. The other one was fine and looked and fit as expected. The dress material was fine and looked and fit as expected. The sweat suit was a cheap thin polyester/nylon type of fabric, almost like a thicker pair of nylon tights... the fabric made the laser cut outs look weird. So I was happy with half of my order.

I ordered items from them 9/25. I NEVER got a confirmation that my order was processed or shipped. When I contacted customer service via email, I was told they would look into it. I heard nothing back so I contacted them again and they said I would get a tracking number later... when ever that was. Hearing nothing again I contacted them and was offered a discount on my next purchase but they never provided a discount code. SO how the hell am I getting the discount but more importantly Why the F*ck would I want to purchase more stuff when I haven't received the first items I paid for? GTFOH! I went to their facebook page to not only ask where my order was but warn others not to buy anything but the removed my comments. SO I reported them to facebook AND instagram as a fraud company, contacted my credit card company to report them as a fraud and to cancel my payment. I've also submitted a fraud claim with PayPal. I will be doing more research to see whom else I can report them to... BUT whatever you do... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Ordered a few items. They state express shipping 5/7 business days. Well this time passed and I asked where the order was? And the response was a credit on next order with the items still not shipped. Then several more days go past. Still not shipped. I asked to a refund. The response again was a discount on next purchase. I say no thank you. You've not fullfilled the order as promised in your shipping timelines. They ignore this message. I message again asking for a refund and advising if they don't communicate I will report it as fraud. Still nothing. So I will be reporting this to my cc company and forwarding the messages to them. Do not purchase from this site!

I order the Leisure Dew shoulder lip printing blending pullover purchase with PayPal. I never received an email from Shyfull to confirm my email nor my order purchased. I was told via a customer service rep via FB inbox that I provided an email address that was not mine. I was than told and provided a tracking number and that my email address had been updated.
When I tried to log back into Shyfull with my correct email it was invalid and the tracking number provided didn't work. Very disappointed with the services thus far
